Recipe noted the use of your milk chocolate morsels to dip cheesecake balls in. Couldn't get chocolate to be liquid enough to make pretty balls...chocolate hardened/thickened up quickly. Very disappointing.

Did they try to save money on ingredients? It doesn't taste as chocolatey as it used to. I would not recommend this product. Next time I will spend the extra money and get some high quality fair trade chocolate.

I have been using Nestles semi sweet chocolate chips for a very long time and wouldn't buy anything else. But I would like to change it up a bit with the milk chocolate mini chip. I see the "morsels" for sale, but cannot find the "mini" type in milk chocolate. Are they available and if so, where may I buy them?
