Go back to the 1960's formula.

When I was a kid, the chocolate chips ran, so gooey with a great chocolate taste. Now they never melt and have a floury - baking soda flavor with a little hint of chocolate.

white figure eights?

Melted these in microwave to coat candy cane spoons. After a few days, white figure eight symbols showed up on the chocolate ad I had to throw everything out.

Incredible waste of money and my time

I tried to make my Christmas Crack. The chocolate seized and became grainy. After reading other reviews it became clear Nestles knew about it. Why isn't it written on the package as a warning? I will now use nothing from Nestles. They betrayed us.

Tastes cheap

Did they try to save money on ingredients? It doesn't taste as chocolatey as it used to. I would not recommend this product. Next time I will spend the extra money and get some high quality fair trade chocolate.

Could not get it liquid enough

Recipe noted the use of your milk chocolate morsels to dip cheesecake balls in. Couldn't get chocolate to be liquid enough to make pretty balls...chocolate hardened/thickened up quickly. Very disappointing.

Chips don't melt

Tried baking a cake using these chips and they do not melt! Ruined our cake recipe. Very surprised, this has never happened with Nestle in the past. What has changed? Dissapointed and will not buy again.

They won't melt this year

Every year my friend come up and we make peanut butter balls this year the chocolate wouldn't melt we wasted our money on 7 bags of these once delicious chips however not so delicious this year

Just a mess!!!

I was planning on making Buckeye's and chocolate covered pretzels(my family prefers milk chocolate over semi sweet) 3 bags and 3 attempts. later, It wouldn't melt in the microwave or a double boiler. It hardened almost instantly instead of melting or turned into a brownie like consistency .Ive made these for years and have never had this issue! I am so upset that i have to change brands!So off to the store to get store brand and hope it works out better :(
