Love it

I love this printer. I can airdrop files from my iPhone. The only thing was my Mac was a different version so I had to use cable instead of WiFi but that was my mistake not the printers

Printer is amazing!

Really is a all in one printer. From documents, pictures or anything. Mobile app makes it worth it. I print everything from my phone and most printers cost way too much. Quality is excellent and I hate my life before this printer.

A waste of money - Giant Paperweight

When I first got this printer I set it up no problem. Now the printer isn't recognized on the app which you have to use in order to print. Tried resetting and uninstalling the printer nothing works

Hi, Jenn.I’m sorry to hear that your printer has stopped working like it should. I can readily understand why the app not recognizing the printer even after you reinstalled the device would be quite a jarring surprise. With that in mind, I’ll suggest a resource and some information that I hope will help you remedy the problem.I can’t tell from your review why the printer is performing this way, so I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and find a solution. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call: - Model number - Serial number - Your location - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies, so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link: support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty KeithHP Care hp.com/support

I don't know if the sample ink was already dry, but the prints with the sample ink were very poor quality. I had another version of this printer, in black and it printed in very sharp colors.

Awesome printer

Amazing printer. I had all Dell products and it was beginning to become cumbersome to find parts and ink for the printer. So I made the switch to HP and absolutely love it!

Good print quality, bad everything else.

I honestly thought HP was the gold standard when it came to printers. Growing up, all my parents ever bought were HP printers and they were sturdy and solid and worked for years. This thing...is not that. When I pulled it out of the box, I was SURE someone packaged it wrong and it couldn't possibly be an HP because it literally felt like a cheap dollar tree toy. It weighs less than 5lbs and is made of very very thin plastic that feels like it will break every time you have to open the printer. During set up, I kept thinking I wasn't doing it right because you have to open different flaps and trays and doors and they ALL feel like they are going to break off if you keep trying to open them. Instead of having an actual tray that catches the paper when it's done printing, it has this flat plastic stick that you pull out to catch the paper. There's no way that thing will last more than a month before snapping off. Even with the flimsy quality, I would've kept the printer. I only needed it to print shipping labels and stickers and the print quality was BEAUTIFUL. Vibrant, consistent colors and no weird line breaks. My stickers looked SO good from this printer. The dealbreaker that made me return the printer was that it randomly decides that your paper isn't the right size. All of my paper is the same 8.5x11 and the first time, I had no trouble printing a label and then some stickers. The second day, it kept saying my paper was wrong. I finally had to unplug it and plug back in and finally worked. But then the next day it did it again. So I saw that this was likely going to happen every single time. Normally that wouldn't be a big deal but this thing takes AGES to turn on. I'm trying to print quickly, not watch Titanic while my printer boots up. All in all, you can get a way better deal on something else. If you're still deadset on buying it, don't purchase it online. Go to the store to get it. I only paid $30 for it at the store and felt like it was a bad deal, so I can't imagine paying double that for this lukewarm garbage.
