I installed the hp app in my phone, to be honest it was stopping in the middle. I turned my phone off and on, now it is working perfectly. Need to push the WiFi bottom on the printer itself to get connected.

This is a very nice printer! It was easy to set up and I was able to add it it to my new laptop I have not tried to copy with it yet so can not comment on that. It is very stylish and light . nit heavy. I like that it is wireless! I did not have to use a cable. But! If you need to you can. Yes! I would recommend this printer! I am very happy! With it!

Good Printer- if have patience for wireless setup

Love the HP product but .. no instructions and no cord to connect to computer when wireless connection fails- printer not found after hours of trying is too frustrating. Requires call to HP support and then they take an hour to get product to connect to Windows 10 - is just wrong!

Hard setup worth the effort

When I did the setup the color option was not available for printing. Took over an hour for HP Support to decide what was wrong. We ended up deleting the printer several times until it allowed for color printing. Somewhat strange and frustrating, but it's working fine now. My previous HP lasted over 15 years, I'm sure this one will last as long.

ANOTHER PIECE OF JUNK???

My new printer won't work!!! I think all the ink cartridges dumped on a BUNCH of papers it sucked in and wouldn't push out! I was worried about getting another HP printer (I've had numerous ones) and they don't last! But I've never had one that wouldn't work to BEGIN WITH! AARRGGHH!!! I'm totally disabled and cannot take it back to the store - or to UPS!! I will have to contact HP and see if they can help me! My neighbor hooked it up for me because the cords weren't long enough to reach my computer's PORT on my computer!! Happy holidays!!! I'm so sick of poor quality products!! :[

I bought my printer less than a month ago and have regretted this purchase ever since. You need an app to print and the app is so not user friendly that despite working with software for a living, it takes me hours any time I want to print a document. I wish I could just return it and get my money back.

I would give this a zero star if I could. I don't know if I just got a dud or if they are all this difficult to set up but my husband and I have read directions, downloaded the app, even watched youtube videos and even though everything checks out it still doesn't print. Buy something else this is terrible!
