Big Disappointment

It came with little directions - hard to figure out - finally got it to scan but then wouldn't print. Then I couldn't even get it to load back on my device. Even had a tech guru get inside my device to try and load it. Worked with it for over 20 minutes - no success. Sending it back!

I purchased this printer because it's wireless and I have a MacBook. I will tell you I followed all the instructions and had a hard time to convection it. I would recommend calling HP and they will connect it for you. Don't get discourage and return it. Call Hp and they will connect it for you. Trust me I feel like the instruction are not helpful.

I love this printer! I haven't used the scanning feature yet, so I can't speak to that. I live in a building that has shared internet, so setting up a printer has been a challenge to say the least. I ended up having to get a USB cable to connect, because the wireless feature won't work otherwise.

This printer is useless. The best iPhone interface is pitiful. It is not intuitive, I cannot figure out how to send/email/upload files that I have scanned. If I get it to print something one day, the next day I have to unplug it and plug it back in to print again. It is the most frustrating printer ever owned. Don't buy this. You will be disappointed.

Setup not intuitive enough for me.

Not intuitive for setup to use, but I finally got the hang of it. Still, either its connection to WiFi or my iPad connection to the HP not always achievable. Other times, once I turn it on it works from the get-go. will print out tutorials, but it was not enough help for me. I never did contact HP to talk me through the setup. It's LED screen is too small and not baxk-lit. Other models will have a larger LED control panel.
