Hard to set up

This printer is VERY difficult to set up. The QR code was supposed to contain the set up instructions, but didn't. The process took a very long time, but we finally prevailed. The ink is hard to install, hopefully it won't be too expensive to replace. So far, it does print, the documents are clear. I will use it until I can do better.

Be sure to get a USB Cable

After trying for 3days to get this printer attached to my laptop, I was told I needed to have a usb cable. I tried virtual support. I chatted with someone. All to no avail. Completely frustrated. I have other HP printer and have never had this problem. You get what you pay for.

Insuffient documention to connect either printer .

With the assistance of Walmart tech support we could not connect either 2700 series printers. Tech was convinced they were not compatible with my hp chrome book. Wal mart was. Gracious enough to take them back. One pages I was able get out of printer said radio transmitter turned off. Turn it on. No buttons no manual!!

This printer is awful! It prints when it wants. Sometimes I have to mess with it for awhile before it actually prints. It leaves out diagrams when I'm printing exams and the page settings seem to just default and print however it wants. Don't waste your money on this one!

Excellent Printer, is better than many others.

I have had many printers over the years, mostly HP, this printer is a perfect size and takes up little space. The setup was rather fast and it connected to my wifi and network with ease. I will admit that it took some time getting used to setting up a printer with a cell phone, but even being a senior citizen I figured it out. The printing is very fast and the colors are vibrant. It does an excellent job printing Photographs with true to life colors. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend it, you can not go wrong for the price and quality.

Infuriating to work with

Constant errors, can't connect via printer cable, and with no display I have to figure out what's wrong with it by googling furiously worst purchase of all time stay very far away remember when you could connect the thing with a wire? good times. took me a while just to figure out how to wirelessly connect it because all of the articles online assume you have a display, which this does not.

Be prepared to spend three times more for ink.

All-in-One is just okay, because when you are out of ink, which will happen quite quickly, you are pretty screwed. You are going to pay MORE for ink replacements than what you spent on buying the entire printer. DO NOT think you can put non-HP branded ink tanks in here, they will NOT work, so don't even waste your time. That is the entire problem with printers these days: The manufacturer puts a tiny microchip in the ink tanks, and believe me, this printer will KNOW if you do not use HP branded replacement tanks. They have figured out how to shaft us. The entire printer is cheap enough, but they are gonna get your money threefold on buying more ink! It's a SHAM!
