Requires patience. Don't get if you need speed

My printer is hooked up to 600 Mb per second of Internet speed. Yet somehow it takes me anywhere from two minutes to two hours to print a single page... Sometimes nothing even prints at all. In order to print, I have to unplug the printer, press the power button, wait for the WiFi light to be solid blue— then I can't just send things to printer (even with it listed as an option on my device) I HAVE to use to HP Smart printer app... and even then if I wait longer than a few minutes, I know I have to restart the process cuz I've literally waited all day with the loading screen until finally it says its done and it's only printer half the page... so yeah if you're patient... VERY patient. You can use this printer as an alternative to frequent visits to a print shop. But if you're not printing a lot? Just go to a print shop. And if you're heavily printing each day? Get a different printer.

NOT WHAT I EXPECTED

The set up for this unit was more difficult than I expected. It prints extremely slow!!! The area where the ink cartridges are located is hard to change the inks. It is larger and more cumbersome than I wanted. The entire unit is plastic and it feels real cheap. I also prefer an actual paper tray which this unit does not have. The paper is loaded to the back of the unit standing up. I personally would not recommend this unit. The only positive about this whole experience is that it was received faster than expected.

I am absolutely thrilled with this all in one printer! I've had it for about a month now and use it consistently. The app for it is incredibly convenient! I can even send a fax through the mobile fax option on the app! works flawlessly! I do almost everything from my phone and it's so cool that I can print shipping labels right from my phone, even if I'm not at home. I would recommend this for anyone for home use but it has also worked great for my small business.

Unable to get it set up for my dad's computer

I got this printer for my dad to replace his old one. this one combines a printer, scanner and copier in one, so I thought it would be just what he needed. I also liked that it is so much smaller than his old one. Unfortunately, we were not able to even get it set up for him. Unlike any other printer I have ever bought, this one doesn't come with a disk for installation. Instead, it tells you to visit their website. His internet is bad, so it took some time to get the page to load, only to see it tell me that the printer is not compatible with his OS, but I could install it from my phone. I did, so now it says I can print from my phone, but nothing about printing from his computer. I tried to get help through the online chat but can only ask specific questions to an automated system. The only way I found to get a human was to sign up for an account I didn't want. I will be returning this and looking for something different.
