Nice electric dryer, nice and quiet, easy to install. Should make them so the back comes off easy, hard to move exhaust vent to the side without taking dryer apart. Large tub, no problems so far.

I bought this in June 2026. Was quite happy except that thin clothing get caught and stuck behind the front door. Was going to upload optional photo but was not able to from this form.

0 stars !!! Do Not Buy this dryer!!! We returned the first one because the clothes were getting stuck below the lint filter and were torn apart. After our exchange we were hoping this would work but no!!!! It's doing the exact same thing!!!! There is definitely a defect in this dryer's design!!! Don't waste your money and buy an other brand because it's simply not working properly!!!! Highly disappointed and NOT recommending this dryer to anyone!!!

The only negative thing I have to say concerns the exterior color. I bought this to match the 5.0 cu ft washer of the same brand and configuration in Arctic White. I was disappointed to find that the back panel on the dryer has a slight pinkish tint and does not match the washer. When I questioned Sam's Club about the difference, I was told the only solution is to return the dryer and purchase a replacement. I'd rather live with the slight mismatch than go through the hassles of a return. In addition, I have no assurance that a replacement wouldn't have the same problem. When I buy a matching washer and dryer in the exact same color, I expect it to match. The dryer works just as it should, but be aware that there could be a color difference if purchased to match the washer.

I love that it syncs up with the washer, so it already knows which cycle to use, and how it sends a message to let you know it's done. I'm always like, “Oh I just got a text from my dryer” haha. I also love that the lint trap opens to easily be cleaned out. My only issue is that the sensor dry on delicates just does not get them dry, so I have to used the timed dryer on those, but I think I need to learn better how to use the alp to make custom cycles . It's reasonably quiet during use and i'm overall very satisfied with it!

Our previous dryer was almost 20 years old and had just stopped working, so this felt like a much-needed and perfectly timed upgrade! We run the dryer several times a week, especially with all the bedding and blankets we go through thanks to our two cats and dog constantly shedding. One of the biggest things we've noticed is the capacity as it easily handles larger loads like comforters, heavy blankets, pillows and our XXL dog bed, which cuts down on how many cycles we need to run. It also heats up quickly, so we're not waiting around forever for things to get going. Sometimes we'll just throw a blouse or dress in to quickly get the wrinkles out and it takes no time at all. Pet hair is always a concern for us, but this dryer actually does a great job at collecting fur in the lint trap. It's definitely noticeable compared to our old machine and makes everything feel cleaner after even a quick cycle. We haven't been able to try the steam function since we don't have the hookup for it, but we have used the WiFi feature and it's been really convenient. We've had no connectivity issues at all and it's nice being able to control and monitor the dryer from anywhere in the house. Overall, it's been reliable, easy to use, and handles heavy, pet-filled laundry really well and had no issues with ventilation. No major complaints so far - if only our basement was as aesthetically pleasing as this appliance! Bonus that my MIL can use this dryer without any help or instruction!!

I love when appliances make it easy to set up and use right away. I've always loved this about LG. This dryer is so efficient, even with a huge load of bulky construction work clothes, it still dries the clothes faster than the previous dryer. It has so many options to choose from AI dry, to Bedding, to Delicates and also have the option to download a program with the app. Programming it so super simple with the single dial, you set it and forget it. I'm confident it will do its job.
