Great large capacity dryer with wifi capabilities!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We have been loving this large capacity, LG dryer with Wi-Fi capabilities! Our old dryer was taking 2 1/2 cycles to dry clothes, and this one takes only one cycle. There are different programs to choose from as well as specialized programs that you can download in the app. I love that if I want to touch up something in the dryer, I can restart it from my phone. Installation was easy the LG team delivered and installed for free. Something that's a bit different is that the top of the dryer is slanted which does give it more of a modern look- but limits you from storing anything on top of the dryer. It's not a big deal. I think it probably gives an overall cleaner look in my basement laundry, but something to be aware of. I like the black door and how it lights up when the cycle is finished or when you open the door. With two young kids, we are constantly doing laundry, so it's great to have a dryer that we can rely on. We haven't gotten an alert that we need to clean out the lint. I do empty the lint trap ievery load but I like that that's a built-in feature if the flow is an issue. As an added bonus, you can change the dryer finish sound. I saw some people saying that they didn't like that there was only a 20 minute touchup. You can press less and it goes down to five minutes. Overall this is a great dryer and I'm happy that we purchased it. It's making my life easier.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This LG dryer has an extra large drum that easily allows for a comforter or large load of clothing. There are several selections to choose from, such as quick dry, heavy duty, bedding, delicate, permanent press, normal, and AI dry. It is easy to operate and plays a nice melody when you turn it on and when the cycle has comlpleted. It can also be operated by your phone, although I haven't tried that feature yet. My clothes come out completely dry and wrinkle free. Overall, it's a great value for the features you get.

I have bought this LG dryer because we have an LG Washer and an LG Dishwasher, and I am happy with both. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the Dryer. 1. Very often I need to run the second cycle because clothes are not fully dry after the first run; 2. Construction of the filter suggests it will not last long (you need to bend it when cleaning); 3. The top of the dryer is not horizontal, but under an angle. This does not allow me to place anything on top of the dryer, which is inconvenient (I bought the dryer online, and did not expect such a design). Today, I would not buy it.

I have only had this a week. I have had clothes catch at the bottom of the drum 4 times. I am very upset and worried about how it will perform in later years.

Doesn’t dry well
Doesn’t dry well. Have to do repeated cycles. Also catches clothes in a spot underneath the lint filter and twists the clothes up. When I pull them out it tears the material and is ruins that piece of clothing. Would not recommend this dryer. Had the service tech come out to repair it and he tightened some screws under the lint filter, but that didn’t fix the problem just tore my lint filter. Have requested another solution and have not been contacted back.
