There were several ways to prepare this product. We chose to microwave it. The directions tell you to add a little water to the bowl prior to microwaving. Some of the burnt ends were a little dry and too tough to chew. Wondering if we should have added more water or beef broth instead. The flavor was smoky and delicious, however it was a little too salty for our liking. The bbq sauce packet that comes with it was sweet and delicious. My husband likes a more vinegary sauce so he added his own. There was plenty of meat. And it was very easy to prepare. Quick dinner possibility.

These are so good! They have a good smoky flavor and the meat is tender. They taste better than the brand I normally get at the grocery store. The sauce is good, but now in the mild side, not as sweet or spicy as well like in our house. We had them over mac and cheese and will decent buy again!

I received this product as part of a free sample program. I was very optimistic going into it and was thrilled to get to try it as it was something I had seen in store before and considered buying. Upon actually trying it however, I found it did not seem to be cooked evenly, some pieces seemed burned, and some seemed fine. They were also much fattier than I was expecting. Flavor was alright, but nothing to write home about.

I received the Kansas City Style Burnt Ends as a free sample. As other reviews have mentioned, these are not truly burnt ends - they are more like brisket bites with sauce. The packaging recommends cooking the product in the microwave. That did not sound appealing to me, so i cooked them on the stovetop in a skillet. I added a bit of water as the package states and sprinkled with some of my favorite dry rub BBQ season. They turned out pretty tasty and were served with and without a bun. We added our own bottled sauce, and didn't try the included sauce packet. The brisket was tender but lacked the actual "burnt" portions or any kind of crispy crust created from smoking. Although skillet cooking did create some crispy edges. Some pieces did have fat, but thats to be expected and is beneficial on a piece of brisket -- as it helps with moisture and flavor. I chopped the leftovers and mixed with scrambled eggs for for breakfast tacos. No complaints from my kids. All in all, this is a decent product that'seasy and versatile to make what you want. It makes a quick and easy meal. I'm glad I got to try an item that I probably wouldn't seek to buy on my own.

I received this product as part of a free sample program. I thought the overall ease of being able to make this in a few minutes in the microwave was great. It made for a super quick weekday dinner meal. I was a little concerned at 1st that the meat pieces would be very fatty however we found that they were actually quite good and there was very minimal amount of fat. The packet of sauce that comes with the product was just the right amount amount and had a nice smoky flavor to it. I did feel however that some of the meat pieces were a bit tough and maybe that was because it was done in the microwave? If I were to purchase this product again I would try heating it up in the oven instead.

I received this product for free to try. It was easy to heat up and it was tender and quite tasty. We didn't particularly care for the barbecue sauce but I'm still giving it a five because the meat was perfect. You can always add your own sauce to this.

These burnt ends are excellent, especially if you're too pressed for time to smoke your own from scratch. The flavor is great with or without the included sauce. They really taste like they were cooked all day despite being ready in under an hour. They reheat really well as leftovers as well.

These are so absolutely delicious! We chowed on them for two nights and they were just as good on night two! For a quick dinner we popped it in the microwave which easily cooked it to temp, added the sauce and then popped it back in the microwave for an extra minute. The smokey flavor is fantastic and the bbq sauce is delicious! I would absolutely buy over and over again. We did get quite a few fatty pieces but everything was eaten. Totally recommend! I was sent this product to try for an honest review. When you open the bag - it comes in a huge clump which I will admit was alarming. I cooked it in my air fryer - stirred to break up the meat - then cooked for an additional 3 minutes for that extra crispness. The sauce comes separately in a bag, so you can choose how saucy you want your meat. The flavor and texture were amazing - just like a restaurant. I feel like some of the bites were a touch salty, but we ate it over rice which cut some of the sodium. I would absolutely buy this - my husband is a hit of a BBQ snob and he enjoyed it very much.

I received this as part of a free sample program. It is so delicious! I made mine in the oven. The brisket aroma was so good! I had to leave it a little longer than directed to get it thoroughly heated, but the directions are quite simple. The pieces came out soft and melted in my mouth. The sauce is a traditional flavor if you want to use it for dipping, but the brisket has plenty of flavor. Members Mark Seasoned Brisket is very tasty and easy to make on a busy night.
