Received these as a free sample and they were amazing! Even my picky husband and kids LOvED them. We cooked them in the air fryer and they tasted like they came straight fork the restaurant. Will definitely by again. They were amazing and so easy to cook.

I received this product as a sample, and I always share my honest opinion. These burnt ends are super easy to make in the microwave—they turned out very tender. My husband loved the sauce. It's light and sweet. I would feel happy serving these to a group. They were a little on the fatty side, so we didn't give them a full 5 stars. We love the chicken from Member's Mark from the same Kansas City line. I didn't get a photo because the burnt ends were gone before I remembered to get my phone!

I have been looking at these for weeks and finally I couldn't resist any longer. It was time to let go of nearly 25 bucks for a true Kansas City taste experience (at least according to the packaging). What a disappointment! Some chunks were so tough it was like eating rubber. Maybe they somehow escaped the ten-hour pit smoking. Some chunks were actually tender and some chunks were nothing but fat that had to be spitted out. The sauce had a peculiar taste that I really cannot describe. It was not what I expect "barbeque" to taste like. This was a disappointment to say the least. For a couple of dollars more I could have bought two of the Member's Mark Extra Meaty Baby Back Pork Ribs. Now that is what I call a 5-star meat product. In the meantime I am going to see if I can get a refund on the uneaten "stuff".

My husband has a smoker but doesn't use it in the winter and I was craving BBQ. He was very skeptical but it's really good! The sauce wasn't spicy so we added our own heat. My favorite thing is that the meat is packaged separately from the sauce so it isn't a soggy mess. We chose the oven baked directions. There was very little fat and we chopped up the meat and make amazing sandwiches with the brioche buns that Sam's carries. I received this product as a free sample for an honest review.

I am strange about meat that is precooked like this because of bad experiences with other brands, but this was a great experience. The meat was flavorful and moist. The sauce was tangy yet sweet and was just the right amount. Even the kids liked it.

Once adding the barbeque sauce I did not find the meat was too salty. The Brisket was extremely easy to cook and only took a few minutes in the microwave. The biggest downside to this product is the price. One could easy cook the same piece of meat at home for half the price given that your willing to spend 2-3 hours cooking.

Super simple and a quick meal to make for my family. My only complaint (and why the 4 instead of 5), is that I had a lot of pieces that were just fat chucks. But the ones that were not, were all super good. The sauce was nice as well, and I appreciate that you can add as much as little sauce as you want. That is sometimes the problem with products like this, they have so much sauce it overwhelms the dish.

We received the Members Mark Kansas City Style Seasoned Beef Brisket Burnt Ends as a FREE sample. We had never had burnt ends before and really didn't know what to expect. My fiancé said they were just ok but were too salty and greasy for his taste. I didn't like all the fat on them and the burnt taste overpowered the beef flavor. I heated them in the oven and thought maybe they might have been better heated in the microwave.
