My family was not a big fan of this. I microwaved it as directed and the meat seemed tough and there was a lot of fatty pieces. I think maybe warming on the stove may have made it better. The flavor was good and I liked the sauce. The meat was just not good out of the microwave.

I received this product as part of a free sample program. I've never tried pre-packaged burnt ends. I found a few pieces to be a bit too fatty for my taste, BUT I'm usually not a fan of fat on meat AT ALL. The fat amount was tolerable to me. My family didn't have any aversions to the minimal fat. I LOVED the prep options and time, especially that it included air fryer temperature and times. It's definitely a time-saver and money saver compared to smoking a whole brisket on your own. I would probably buy it again since I don't personally own a smoker or grill, nor do I have the time to properly prepare it from fresh, but the leftovers weren't as tasty the next day. I feel like it could use more sauce, but mostly for the leftovers. The sauce seemed sufficient and well-flavored for the initial prep and serving. I would recommend this product to folks who enjoy brisket, but don't have the time or ability to prepare at home on their own. I served this with bourbon bbq peach baked beans and cole slaw, both homemade. Overall, I would give it 3.5 stars, but there is no option for that. WHY? It could use more sauce and leftovers were MEH.

it was a little chewy but it did taste homemade - im from nashville so i know BBQ. it was very easy to make and not messy to make in the microwave. its great to serve for a lot of people. its a strong BBQ taste to it I received this product as part of a 'free sample program"

These are not truly burnt ends, they're more like briskets bites with sauce. I was overall really pleased with the ease and prep required, open-microwave-serve. They turned out pretty tasty and were served with and without a bun. I'm so glad that I was able to discover Member's Mark Hardwood Smoked Kansas City Style Seasoned Beef Brisket Burnt Ends With BBQ Sauce through a free sample program, and I plan to buy it to have on hand for those busy times when we want a good tasting easy to prepare meal.

My family and I tried this for dinner the other night. It was easy to cook, the flavor was good but it was pretty fatty. I would give it another try and encourage others to go out and try new things. I got this product as part of a free sample program.

I got this as a free sample they was pretty good I didn't use all the sauce with my portion I honestly thought there would be more in the package for the price I also tried a couple of bites without sauce and I think it was better without the sauce I also wouldn't add the water next time it seemed it make it too soupy in my opinion

I received this as a part of a free sample program, but let me tell you, I will definitely be buying these again! They were tender and packed full of flavor. Super simple to prepare and very clear directions. My kids can be picky when it comes to meat but they all loved them and asked for seconds! I love that you don't have to add the bbq sauce if you don't want too!

The Member's Mark Kansas City Style Seasoned Beef Brisket Burnt ends were such a hit at our house. Everyone in the family came back for seconds. The kids even cleaned their plates. There is a nice light smoky flavor and they come in a vacuum sealed packet that is the absolute easiest to heat up. Very fresh tasting and saved us hours at the smoker. Some had the sauce and some just ate it plain , both were very good. Great to take to get togethers and just to enjoy at home. We ate this just on the plate and some made a sandwich. Wonderful addition to our gatherings that is a bit different than the everyday carry in. We Loved it !!

I appreciated the ease of preparation with these, however, I found the included BBQ sauce to be lacking in flavor and there seemed to be a lot of excess liquid. I think if I had warmed them in the oven they would have tasted better and had a better texture. I received this for free in exchange for my honest review.

Quick, easy and delicious! This could not be easier to prepare. You can use the microwave, conventional oven or air fryer. I chose the recommended microwave preparation. Dump in a microwave safe dish, add a teaspoon of water, 90 seconds, mix it, 90 more seconds. At this point I gave it a taste test, and it was on the salty side. I then mixed the included barbecue sauce and put it on a “everything” sandwich roll. The sauce and slightly sweet roll balanced out the saltiness and made for a delicious sandwich. The portion size was plenty enough to feed our family of 4 with enough leftovers for another meal. The whole family loved this. I would definitely purchase this again!
