I really wanted to like this product. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I followed the directions exactly and while the pieces were mostly good sized, they were so dry you could barely choke them down, and there wasn't enough BBQ sauce in the package to really make any difference. I love a good brisket, but sadly, this one was not one of them.

I have 5 kids, I work part-time, and I have gone back to school full time therefore I like many other Moms need quick dinner ideas! This is one of those meals and it's our favorite quick weeknight dinners! I just add the teaspoon of water in and pop it in the oven and dinner prep a few slides and dinner is ready! So quick and easy plus it tastes delicious, and all the kids love it!

I received this product free in exchange for an honest review. To be honest I was a little skeptical being a huge grilled/smoker myself, but it was a very nice surprise. This product tasted like it just came off the smoker. It was a huge hit for everyone. I'm definitely going to buy again.

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion. My wife's family are KC natives, so we were intrigued to compare. We cooked them in the oven and as a few other reviewers stated, it isn't exactly when to add the sauce. We added it directly with the meat and 30 minutes later it came out bubbly! The meat had a great smoky flavor and lived up to KC barbecue on the initial look and aromatics. The sauce was a bit salty. And overall decent ingredients, not Bobby Approved. We did some quick burnt end sandwiches on sourdough bread and it was a good lunch. Not sure if this would be a regular purchase for our family but something to consider when you need something quick.

I received this as part of a free sample program and was thrilled to get the opportunity to try this easy BBQ dish. I am a huge BBQ lover and often smoke briskets at home, so this was a nice change of pace to try for a quick meal. My family loved the burnt ends especially my teenage sons. They were quite flavorful, however we added BBQ sauce for a bit more flavor and for some added moisture. The meat itself was delicious and fairly tender, some pieces were slightly chewier than others, but for the most part this was a pretty good alternative to spending an entire day making your own burnt ends on the grill. The smoke flavor was excellent and they were easy and quick to prepare for our dinner meal.

I received these as part of a promotion for leaving a review. I prepared these as directed. I found them to be fatty and full of gristle. It could of been that I received a bad batch. I didn't find them very flavorful. I think they would of been better if prepared in the oven and by adding some good barbecue sauce. I don't think I would purchase these again after trying .

I received this product as part of a free sample program, and have to say I was pleasantly surprised with the product! Burnt ends are something that is hard to recreate in a packaged format, but these were very good. The sauce was delicious and meat was tender. My only wish was that the instructions were more clear (didn't indicate when to add sauce). I did adjust the cooking instructions to get a little more caramelization of the sauce but other than that, very impressed!

My family was not a big fan of this. I microwaved it as directed and the meat seemed tough and there was a lot of fatty pieces. I think maybe warming on the stove may have made it better. The flavor was good and I liked the sauce. The meat was just not good out of the microwave.

I received this product as part of a free sample program. I've never tried pre-packaged burnt ends. I found a few pieces to be a bit too fatty for my taste, BUT I'm usually not a fan of fat on meat AT ALL. The fat amount was tolerable to me. My family didn't have any aversions to the minimal fat. I LOVED the prep options and time, especially that it included air fryer temperature and times. It's definitely a time-saver and money saver compared to smoking a whole brisket on your own. I would probably buy it again since I don't personally own a smoker or grill, nor do I have the time to properly prepare it from fresh, but the leftovers weren't as tasty the next day. I feel like it could use more sauce, but mostly for the leftovers. The sauce seemed sufficient and well-flavored for the initial prep and serving. I would recommend this product to folks who enjoy brisket, but don't have the time or ability to prepare at home on their own. I served this with bourbon bbq peach baked beans and cole slaw, both homemade. Overall, I would give it 3.5 stars, but there is no option for that. WHY? It could use more sauce and leftovers were MEH.

it was a little chewy but it did taste homemade - im from nashville so i know BBQ. it was very easy to make and not messy to make in the microwave. its great to serve for a lot of people. its a strong BBQ taste to it I received this product as part of a 'free sample program"
