I received the Members Mark Burnt Ends as a promotion. I must say I have seen them in store on a few occasions but just never took the plunge to purchase! They are very flavorful and super easy to prepare! Perfect for last minute dinner plans! I was thinking I would have left overs for lunch the next day but my family (mainly kids) didn't leave any! Will grab again in the future.

Made this for dinner last night. I'm from Kansas City, so I was excited to have a "taste of home", however, it wasn't authentic tasting KC BBQ, but nonetheless, it was very good! Super easy to make, loved that it had the BBQ sauce in a separate little bag (so you can add while cooking, or when plating for those who don't care for the sauce). My family loved it. I would definitely purchase in the future. Quick and easy and delicious dinner idea.

I was hesitant on purchasing this product as brisket burnt ends is hard to replicate in a prepackaged meal. I am so happy I took a chance as this brings me back to my favorite Tennessee barbecue smokehouse. The burnt ends are perfectly seasoned and just the right texture has been achieved. The way to understand instructions make this a must try for anyone. I received a free sample to review.

I received this product as part of a free sample program. The recommended instructions say to Microwave to heat up. Not being a fan of "Re-Heated" meats, I opted to cook 1/2 in microwave, and 1/2 in a conventional. As suspected, I did prefer the oven heated samples vs the Microwaved ones. The microwaved ones seemed to be rubbery and seemed impossible to heat evenly. The oven cooked ones were much more pleasing, and I left them in long enough give them a bit more "bark". I will generally add some bbq sauce after bbq meats have cooked and allow a few more minutes heating time to warm the sauce. I'm very glad I folowed suite in this case, and tasted the included bbq suace, which I found to be not very good. I did end up using my favorite sauce instead. Now the meat.. It was OK.. Some was tender, some was not. There were some pieces with lots of fat, some with grizzle which I ended up trimming before eating. All in all, I thought this product was OK. I would be perfect for a quick meal, however, not for that summer BBQ.

I recieved Member's Mark Seasoned Beef Brisket Burnt Ends as a Free sample program. My sample arrived frozen compared to the label stating to just keep refrigerated, so the cooking process didn't correlate with the written instruction on the package. I microwaved it since it was the recommended cooking method. I still heated in 90 second increments. It ended up taking 9 minutes to completely heat. I first tried the burnt ends without sauce. The pieces were tender and had great flavor. I want a fan of the extra dark pieces, the burnt flavor was over powering. I proceeded to try with the provided package of bbq sauce. It was ok, but the sauce wasn't very impressive. Overall, I would recommend this product and will be purchasing it in the future.

We made them according to the microwave directions so it was easy and super quick. I loved that. Three of us ate and still have plenty of leftovers, so the portion size was good. The meat was not tough like I was afraid it might have been. We thought it had a good flavor. The only complaint that my husband and I had was that the meat was a tad salty. Overall it made for a good quick meal.

Received this as a promotional item the other day. It was quick to cook, use the air fryer. The sauce was good, but not great. If you don't like sweet BBQ sauce I would look at another BBQ item. A lot of food, made three meals with the additions of sides.

This was a quick and easy meal that easily fed my family of 3. We even had leftovers! The burnt ends are juicy, flavorful and of good quality and portion. They didn't skimp on the meat, that's for sure. The BBQ packet was enough to cover the meat plus more. It made meal prep a breeze! I could taste the smoke in the pieces, which did give it a flavorful boost. To be honest, I've never really tasted a Kansas City style BBQ sauce so I didn't quite know what to expect. It was sweet, which I do like with a bit of tang at the end. I didn't care for the tangy-ness because I felt like it left an aftertaste. I received this product as part of a free sample program but I would buy this product on my own! Its great to have around when I'm in a pinch for a meal and want a hearty meal for my family. I would recommend to friends and family!

I received these as part of a free sample program and I'm so glad I did! I absolutely loved the Member's Mark Kansas City Style Seasoned Beef Brisket Burnt Ends. The beef comes in a sealed bag which is itself in a sealed plastic container. Inside you'll also find a package of barbecue sauce. These are simple to cook. I put the amount I wanted to serve into a microwavable container, then added a little bit of water, covered, then put in the microwave for just a few minutes while mixing about halfway through. I then poured some of the barbacue sauce into the bowl and mixed everything together. I first enjed eating the burnt ends on their own. I then put some onto a bun to make a sandwich. They are so juicy and tender. They taste extremely fresh. I appreciate that all the pieces are approximately the same size, nothing extremely big or extremely small. I have to mention that I could also taste the brown sugar seasoning that was added. This gave them a nice sweetness. Member's Mark Kansas City Style Seasoned Beef Brisket Burnt Ends were absolutely delicious and I highly recommend!
