Even though I am older and technicallly challenged, I find this TV easy to navigate and I have enjoyed all the entertainment at my fingertips and the large screen!

When I contacted the customer care, they make me try the troubleshooting over the assistance and when nothing worked, immediately raised a request to replace the WiFi cable. Within days, the technicians came and replaced it free of cost and again all tv functions are smooth as before! LG is reliable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV a month ago it was very easy to set up and program it to my WiFi. I am a senior citizen and usually have problems programming electronics . The color is excellent and the picture is very clear.

Also it's absolutely easy to just link your LG accounts and control your TV with your phone as well as MirrorLink and watch videos and show photos directly off your phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I purchased this TV were no reviews anywhere online to be found on it. After seeing it in the warehouse I decided to purchase it based on the picture, price, and the name, LG. It took me around a month to get around to unpacking it. During that time I became a bit nervous about some bad reviews that were popping up about unstable stand legs, bad HMDI ports, cracked screens, lack of brightness and mysterious vertical lines. Well, I've been using it for about a month now and have had none of those problems. Online videos were very useful in showing me how to unpack it and set it up. I did turn off the power saving option based on reviews I had read, and I did choose my personal preference for the sound and brightness options. They were the only changes I made. Based on the picture I'm seeing, I see no reason to fiddle with the rest of the default settings. I'm quite satisfied and am not giving the TV five stars only because I haven't had it that long. Oh, I almost forgot, I do think the remote control is rather chintzy. Unfortunately, LG's magic remote is not compatible with this TV.

You dont notice much difference in really older movies because of how they were filmed. However newer realeases seem almost 3 D. My family loves the purchase and I would recommend this product.

We watch mostly news stations, so being able to read the scroll at the bottom is a big deal for us - no problem at all with this TV. Options for picture and sound let us customize to our viewing and listening preferences.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my new TV for about a month, and everything seems to work fine, except that the over-the-air Program Guide doesn't always extend out 10-12 hours like it should. Overall though, it's a great picture, and great features for the price!

A whole slew of built in popular apps comes with it. Color is exceptional. Sound is great as well. I highly recommend this product!
