I was contemplating whether to buy Samsung or LG and it came down to the price. The quality of this LG is truly great. Just make sure to setup the HD for all HDMI ports.

The only problem I faced was with the Universal Remote, which did not seem to be in sink with the TV. However, with a visit from the Geek Squad to make some adjustments, but mostly to teach me how to handle my remote. I am now fully enjoying the TV , without any problems.

Picture is clear and bright with we are glad we went with One of the "big three" in the TV industry. My only complaint is the the instructions are very brief and don't explain the setup very well. I figured it our but it made for some needless frustration on set up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the TV for a while now. I was reluctant to get a smart TV as I am a 71 year old woman and couldn't see the benefit at first. Since I have been using it I have learned a lot about how to use it and it's not hard. I still have a lot to learn. I called LG customer service about an issue and the person I talk to was informative and patient. I also have an LG refrigerator and chose LG solaR panels that I am very satisfied with.

It's a good, easy to use TV. It's got most features you needed. It performs well on high resolution tv sources. Have to say this is a good value purchase. Only two thinks I think to improve: 1. The tv doesn't support to mirror iOS devices to tv (but support windows devices); 2. TV control app is not user friendly and functions don't play well.

Not only did the LG have the best color, but it also had the best price. We now own an LG washer, dryer, TV, and phone, all working off of the same wireless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to set up and picture and sound is great. Only drawback is that the feet are too far apart. Would have preferred an single stand in the center of the TV instead of the two feet that are very widely spaced requiring a rather wide surface to set the TV on.

I owned a picture tube TV before. My computer monitor is a 24-inch HD screen. Anyhow the picture quality is super. The sound is better than my old TV but I can't understand every word. I am able to use my old wireless headphones because my provider's box has traditional stereo connectors. So that's great. I don't know if I will learn how to use all the features but it is a good start.
