The only thing I don't like is the voice attached to the tv. I wish I could shut it off, but I don't think this is an option

The picture and the features are excellent and the price was even better. I would highly recommend this TV to anyone wanting a great picture with all the current features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been watching the same flat screen plasma TV since 2007. Back then it was something of an investment, a purchase to be considered. When it finally showed signs of needing replacement, we had another purchase to consider. How to replace it? After several trips to a local Best Buy, and considering how much will Financial investment we may need to make, we came across this LG. Thinking we were going to have to settle for an inferior brand oh, surely based on price, we were amazed that we could attain a 55 inch TV of LG quality. The picture is breathtaking, and we are so pleased with our purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was an an upgrade form our 12 year old 40 inch. Very happy with it. Very sharp, clean picture. Starts up quickly. Sound is remarkably full and rich, and plenty of volume power. We are impressed we got such a nice television for the cost. I would buy this device again.

He picture is great but we find it to run a little dark on normal setting you have to but on vivid to be bright enough, then colors are almost to vivid. I have not gone into settings to do Manuel setting of tv. Will look into that. But fo the price pretty happy with it.

No instructions made it trial and error to get system to work. Electronic savvy, l am not. I am not proficient enough to navigate through the menu. Cannot use any of smart features or streaming options because don't know what they are. Need printed instruction manual

This TV has great picture, audio, and usability with various features such as app integration. And honestly, it was probably one of the cheapest TVs I could find while still being fully functional! If you need a TV, I recommend this one most definitely!

As compared to About 95% of the TV I watch is OTA of my local network affiliates. As compared to some other TVs, this LG appears to have a much more sensitive tuner. I live about 40 miles from the transmitters and this LG pulls in all of my local network affiliates with no pixelation even on stormy days. I tried another brand of TV before I bought this LG and had problems pulling in a good signal with the exact same antenna setup. Needless to say I returned the other TV to the store and got this LG. Another good thing I've noticed about this LG TV is that there is hardly any lag when switching between live TV and the streaming apps. It also turns on fast and remembers the last channel or app that was on before it was powered off. The WebOS is clean and intuitive to use. Unlike some other smart OS's like Glamazon Fire, there are no wall to wall ads for Glamazon, which are sickening to say the least. I wish I had bought this LG first thing, but I'm sure glad I ended up with it.
