[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV was an upgrade from an old 32 in, so huge upgrade. I love the ease of use in menus and settings. The only issue I have is that the television won't update to the needed update for Channel+ to work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are enjoying our new LG T.V. The only issue I have had is that there is no troubleshoot guide included with the T.V. and no set up instructions. When power is lost there doesn't seem to be any instruction on how to get it back to working condition. I have had to wing it. The picture is great and we are overall very happy with it so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been watching my 65" LG OLED television for the last 7 months. I bought this TV to put on my covered patio. The crispness of the picture is quite impressive as well as the color balance, all of this with the outside ambient light. What surprised me was the audio quality. I have this hooked up to a 5.1 surround sound system that is substantially improved with the TV's speakers. The remote control is very straight forward and easy to use. Many of my friends and family are over at my house consistenly to watch golf and baseball games. They love the TV and drinking my beer.

When I opened the box with the TV I discovered the instructions included the set were totally inadequate. A few simple drawings without instructions was all the documentation available. I struggled on how to connect to the AT&T U Verse system and how to customize it to my desires, No complaints about picture quality or sound. However, I feel there features on my TV that I unaware of because no startup guides. I doubt I would buy another LG TV until they improve the documentation included with the TV.

I have two more 4K TVs in the house, both different brands, and my LG is far superior in every way- crisp images, more settings, speakers get much louder and the built in smart features work perfectly. I would've had to pay twice as much with those other brands to get these features. Very impressed with LG!

I had always purchased Samsung TVs in the past but when researching TVs, I found that the LG had better ratings than the Samsung. They weren't wrong! It took me awhile to adjust the picture to where I was happy with it, but now I love it! WonderfulHD quality and I don't have cable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this brand on Black Friday although I was aiming for something smaller and different brand I went ahead and got the LG smart Tv . It's okay I like the quality and volume control . Although When I got the tv I was kind of disappointed because every reason I wanted A smart tv my tv didn't have ate do I can't even connect my own music to my smart tv . Only thing that's smart about it is the Netflix. I was disappointed that I couldn't download everything like I would have liked are wanted to.
