[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm spoiled in that I recently purchased a 65" LG OLED ThinIQ TV for our main viewing area, but we needed another TV for our basement for movies and gaming. So far, the picture quality of the new TV is perfect for our needs. Setup was a breeze and we are using 30-day trials of Sling and Amazon Prime Video. No complaints except the lack of voice search (in reference to being spoiled above). Typing out searches for shows is painful after being able to use voice commands.

So far I couldn't be happier, the picture is sharp and clear, sound is clean and crisp as well. Having no prior experience with a smart TV I found this one to be very easy to use and setup and haven't had any problem navigating it yet. Would definitely recommend this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a 43 inch LG TV from Best Buy about three weeks. When I opened the box with the TV I discovered the instructions included the set were totally inadequate. A few simple drawings without instructions was all the documentation available. I struggled on how to connect to the AT&T U Verse system and how to customize it to my desires, No complaints about picture quality or sound. However, I feel there features on my TV that I unaware of because no startup guides. I doubt I would buy another LG TV until they improve the documentation included with the TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our LG for about 3 weeks now. I'm really with the picture and the web based OS for streaming netflix and amazon. Navigating to my favorite shows and movies couldn't be easier. Since it's web based, I'd expect it to be continually updated unlike past tvs that required firmware updates that stopped being updated at some point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a 42-inch "unsmart" LG with a 50-inch "smart " as I believe all television transmission will eventually go to streaming format. I purchased my 42-inch TV in 2007 and it still has a beautiful picture and I never had any issues with it. My new television is lighter than the 2007 TV and took less than 10 minutes to set up. The remote takes a little time to figure out, however, I'm very happy with the countless ways I'm able to adjust the settings. Regarding the sound, I have no comment as I'm transmitting the audio through my sound system. The price was very reasonable, and overall, I could not be happier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Scored this TV at BJs Wholesale, was a display model. Didn't come with box but everything else was included. Wall mounted easily, hardly any setup just WiFi. Picture is great, audio ok, but ease of use was tricky. Only issue I've had is that it has frozen on Netflix and had a horrible time rebutting. Like a computer when it gets confused. Other than that one hiccup it's an awesome TV for the price.

No instructions made it trial and error to get system to work. Electronic savvy, l am not. I am not proficient enough to navigate through the menu. Cannot use any of smart features or streaming options because don't know what they are. Need printed instruction manual
