I purchased my leaf shredder a year ago and the on-off switch went bad recently. I called customer service,told them what my problem was and received a complete new shredder within a week! It doesn't get any easier or better than that. They even payed the shipping costs BOTH ways. This product works great. What used to take me 20 large bags now takes 4. Love it !

The power is better than the one I returned. I did not have to stop once and wait for shredding to clear. I don't (but should) need hearing protection -- it is not as loud. I did not have to change cutting line. Line provided said "What else ya got?".

I have used this twice since I purchased it, and have found no real problems with it. After using it once, I did go out and buy a small 16" diameter trash can that the shredder sits on. It's a perfect fit, and very stable. If I had any complaint, I would have to say it is fairly loud, but I expected that. I also wish the top part was a little deeper, but I a planning on rigging up something to remedy that. Overall though, I really like this shredder, so far!

Great price, fast delivery, looks like it will do just what we wanted. Haven't have many leaves yet to try it but we will pretty soon. I think it will be a solution to our many many many bags of leaves. I hope we can mulch then small enough to just spread about the yard. Very pleased with it so far.

Somewhat skeptical after opening and assembling the Sun Joe leaf mulcher on the ability and durability of machine to mulch leaves; but was amazed on the ease of assembly and the Sun Joe efficiency mulching leaves. Think of the mulcher as an upside down weed eater. Operating mulcher is as easy of flipping a switch. Changing the mulching cord is very easy and accessible. I used the Sun Joe one season mulching alot of leaves. Stores nicely back in the box. Highly recommend.

This product performs better than expected. Mulches leaves and pine straw very completely and finely. Do change mulching strings after a few days of use; but , this is easy and only takes a few minutes. Would suggest using hand held plastic “scopes” for both loading and feeding the leaf hopper. Am pleased with this product.

This product is very good. Inexpensive; easy to assemble; effective; good design. The shredding cords will break off if leaves contain a number of even small sticks. They are easy to replace and extras come with the original purpose. Hearing protection is necessary. Dust and particulate mask advisable. Easy breakdown for efficient storage. Good value for the price.

Simple to assemble and use. Works best when treated as light-duty with dry material - don't overfeed. Makes some dust in the process - stay upwind! I have Southern Magnolias with large leaves which NEVER disappear but did so in this machine. Makes cleaning up a whole lot quicker.

I have used my Sun Joe electric leaf blower a number of times now and love it. The mulch I have put in my garden and will continue to do so this fall. Instead of going to the city dump this is the best garden related environmental decision I have made. I love my Sun Joe Electric Leaf Blower.

Easy to set up and use. Very powerful. Cord replacement is simple and takes seconds. I found with heavier wet leaves having it on the lowest setting is best, though it will still bog down and require a little patience. Safety glasses are a must when using this product. It definitely does not do sticks of any size. Good for getting the compost pile going.
