First use today and while using the griddle it warped. I had the flame in low position as well.

Made decision to go with a griddle this time and saw at Sam's. Took me about 3 hours to assemble which was not bad. The hose is a little short.

I got this for my birthday and have used it most nights since assembling it. Assembly was fairly easy and straight forward.

We got this for my “husband” but he has yet to have a turn using it! With having an electric house it's been great cooking on gas again. We have made pork fried rice with all the veggies...I even made “butter-fly”.

We purchased this griddle based on the great reviews it has received. Two days after assembly and before we even got to use it, the griddle itself started rusting over the areas we would cook. We called for a replacement griddle piece and received it a week later. After one rain shower, it started rusting the next day as well. We haven't been able to try it out because of all the rust everywhere. I've had a Weber grill for 10 years and it's been outside with no cover the entire time and doesn't have a spec of rust. Would not recommend.

The Griddle is fine. The only complaint is that the drain hole is a little far into the cooking area. It should be closer to the edge because you have to watch that food doesn't fall into It since you are cookingaround It. Well made and sturdy! HOWEVER, this comes with a large heavy canvas type cover. Since water is the enemy of the seasoned surface, why would It leak? What is the cover protecting the surface from if not water- which can rust this surface so easily. . If you decide to purchase this griddle, It will need a truly waterproof or hard cover. That added expense would probably bring the cost up to the brand name griddles. They come with covers that don't leak!! Come on Members Mark! Don't cut important corners!

I purchased this grill based on the good reviews. I've had it for a little over a month and used it maybe 5 times. I purchased A good cover and always cover it when not using it. The grill top is rusted. If you cook anything on it you will end up with rust in your food no matter how much you clean and season the grill top. Very disappointed in the product.

I purchased this gas griddle a little over a month ago. Before I could get to season it or use it, it started to rust. They sent me a new top to replace and I followed to season as instructed. After the first time use, the top is back to rusting. I've tried everything to remove the rust and even re-season for the 2nd time. I wish I could return this item and go with a different brand. Don't spend your money on this. It will rust after the first use.

I was looking for this grill in many stores but none of them had it. Only in a store that was the last one by the way. I was happy with my purchase but it happened that the iron with the heat of the fire got all crooked. It did not resist the heat and it was like a hat. So I had to return it. I do not recommend it
