Griddle warps while in use

First use today and while using the griddle it warped. I had the flame in low position as well.

Good price compared to Blackstone

Made decision to go with a griddle this time and saw at Sam's. Took me about 3 hours to assemble which was not bad. The hose is a little short.

Love it! Feel like a Hibachi

We got this for my “husband” but he has yet to have a turn using it! With having an electric house it's been great cooking on gas again. We have made pork fried rice with all the veggies...I even made “butter-fly”.

great griddle after a few mods

You need to get winds covers for the sides. A temperature gun to read the surface temperature. A pressure gauge to make sure you are using the gas properly. This uses a lot of propane. Made a cover for the back of the griddle. Helped a lot with the wind and rain. When not using it put a cover on it. That'll stop the rust.

Very disappointed

I purchased this gas griddle a little over a month ago. Before I could get to season it or use it, it started to rust. They sent me a new top to replace and I followed to season as instructed. After the first time use, the top is back to rusting. I've tried everything to remove the rust and even re-season for the 2nd time. I wish I could return this item and go with a different brand. Don't spend your money on this. It will rust after the first use.

Thank you for leaving a review. The griddle top is made of steel and will RUST when seasoning has worn off, has not been applied, or when the griddle has been stored for long periods. Follow the “Seasoning and Griddle Care” instructions in your manual, to remove rust and re-season the griddle. With continued use of your griddle, the seasoning bond will get better and better. Applying a coating of oil at the start and finish of each cook, will help to maintain seasoning. Never use soap to clean the griddle, this will destroy the seasoning. Hope this helps. Rust bucket

We purchased this griddle based on the great reviews it has received. Two days after assembly and before we even got to use it, the griddle itself started rusting over the areas we would cook. We called for a replacement griddle piece and received it a week later. After one rain shower, it started rusting the next day as well. We haven't been able to try it out because of all the rust everywhere. I've had a Weber grill for 10 years and it's been outside with no cover the entire time and doesn't have a spec of rust. Would not recommend.

Warps Really bad

It sucks that I have to Wright this bad review because I was really enjoying this Griddle. It would warp a little bit here and there. Enough to were it wouldn't stay level for the juices to drip into the whole but that didn't bother me. Today I was cooking Carne Asada and it warped so bad that it popped my food up into the air. And got grease on my sidewalk.

Junk

I bought it just too have to take it back the lid was smashed out hade to be from factory because the box had no damage the hinges were bent 7 spot welds on the lid where broke. The door for the propane tank would not stay on it only latched on the pin by a 1/6 of a inch and the drawers only opened about 7 inches .I coukd keep going but I wont. I think they used the cheapest metal they could find to make this grill out of I would not recommend this grill at all
