Best money ever spent on griddle! We bought this amazing griddle on a Saturday, assembled on Sunday afternoon and haven't stopped using it since. We've tried all kinds of meats and vegetables on it. Everything turns out better than perfect. Can't wait to try breakfast on it soon. Highly recommend if you enjoy grilling because this griddle will have you hooked in no time. I love cooking on my new griddle grill, nice even heat, no flaming up and burning the meat. I've grilled chicken, hamburgers, sautéed mushrooms, and onions right on the griddle and everything has turned out perfect. The only problem I have with the grill is the opened back, birds keep getting into the top draw trying to build a nest. I'm going to try to find a way to cover it. Perforated metal screen or something.

The meatal cover that is built on to this 5 burner grill. I have issue with. It looks like the griddle will be covered from rain when looking at the picture but the entire back of the hard cover, heat holder, cap what ever you want to call it is open in the back. So rain just pours right in and it rust horribly. Causing you to have to buy a weather proof soft cover if you put your grill on a none covered patio. I think that Member's Mark should have made the cover completely enclosed why leave it open. A few more inches or metal couldn't have saved that much. Other wise this is a great griddle grill and the price was great. I would recommend this grill. But you have to put every piece together takes awhile. Cooks great! I am giving 5 stars because I am enjoying the grill and it isn't the companies fought I don't have a covered patio that would solve my issue with it.

I had a 36"BS grill that I recently sold in order to get this one. This was difficult to find in-stock. I had to drive 5 hours round trip. Got to say, I am really liking it. Took about 2 hours to assemble, but was easy. It is packaged and engineered quite well. I like the stainless steel features and lid. Looks pretty sleek. Compared to the 36" BS, the cooking surface is slightly smaller at 720sq in. I don't care for the ignition mechanism, it is single click not battery operated. I think the front access grease tray is excellent, also it is protected from filling with rain water. Looks like an upgrade and feels like an upgrade. All seasoned and ready to cook.

I bought this two months ago and I love it. I will say some opportunities for improvement are one of the knobs is hard to twist, one section is hard to turn on but eventually does turn on. Also, the cabinet door unhinges pretty easily. I still think this being a 5 burner its a great value and I would buy again.

I upgraded to this model from the Members Mark 4 burner 36" griddle which I've had for the past year. I absolutely love them and highly recommend them. I have had ZERO problems w igniting burners, rust, grease trap, or warping which are all common complaints associated w it's rival brand name version. The front grease trap is very convenient and easy to keep an eye on when it needs to be changed out. Cleanup is super easy and only takes abt 5 mins. Perfect addition for busy families who need supper cooked in a hurry.

this has been an amazing gift, First of all setup was a breeze, did it myself in less than an hour. everything lined up, no struggle. The outcome is a beauty of a griddle. Huge cooking area, foldable side tables and drawers. Fit my needs better than any Blackstone, only one that compared was the 36 PRO series and was almost double the price. If you are looking for a quality griddle, this is it. seasoning was a breeze.

I purchased two of these through the years. The first one lasted about two years then rusted out badly. The second one I purchased in late 2018-early 2019 and now in 2-3 years it to has deteriorated so bad that it is actually became a danger. I took the attached photos to the local Sam's store in Vero Beach FL and they said they could not refund me or give me a new one without a receipt. Their records only went back to 2019. My friend bought a webber at the same time and he lives on the beach and his still looks like new. My house is a couple miles from the ocean and both Members Mark grills rusted badly... It pays to buy quality which these are not!
