Set aside some time for assembly!! Other than the lengthy assembly time, this is a very sturdy playhouse and worth the price. Our daughter loves it!! My only complaint would be I wish the design allowed for easy disassembly so that it could be moved.

This is a very nice playhouse for our 16 month old. Worth the price. About 3 hours to assemble. Direction pictures are pretty easy to follow. Takes 2 to hold while installing the roof which is a bit challenging. We placed it on grass carpet. Looks great!!!!

This was a perfect playhouse for my 3 yr old grandson. This grandma had fun building much of it herself and reluctantly had to share the fun when I required extra hands for a couple pieces. Directions were easy to follow (avoid over tightening screws its not necessary), all parts were there and the quality was great for a child's playhouse. My grandson wanted to play in it at every stage of production before it was finished. It is not a generational item, but perfect for those early years of fun with the kids. I highly recommend it.

When my son walks outside, he heads straight for his "man cave". His favorite feature is the stove and sink. He loves fixing food for me. This was easy to assemble, and the roof was the only part that took a little extra effort. I would buy this again.

So much fun, it was easy to put together. My 9 year old and husband did it and I read directions. We had it completed in about an hour. Since it's been built I get so much joy looking outside and seeing them play in and around the house. It's so interactive! Love it.

My husband found instructions on how to build bungalow to be very easy to follow. Each piece was easy identifiable by alpha character or numbers. The quality is very good, sturdy and cute. We bought it for my 2 year granddaughter and she loves it especially the doorbell.

This was ok since it was 1/2 off on the price. But the wood is very, very dry and prone to splitting. Also, I am not sure why the company only pre-drilled some holes and not the rest. You definitely need a drill to pre-drill holes or the dry wood will split on you.

This playhouse was so easy to assemble. The major structure was preconstructed on a hinge system, so when you pulled the four walls out of the box, it opened accordion style. One middle-aged woman only took a few hours with some minimal help holding the roof up at the end to adhere. Instructions were super easy to follow. I actually bought it as a shed/cover for our sprinkler/irrigation system, but several of our resident cats have taken up residence! The only reason it didn't get five stars is the wood is a little flimsy and I'm worried how it will survive multiple wet seasons in our state.

I bought this as the kitchen they made was the best I have ever seen in 30 yr of looking. This is nice, sturdy and has some extras. Its not as large as I expected and need to be taller. i was also disappointed it doesn't have a floor. I would be nice to have a shelves or table on inside or on side of house as well. My grand daughet loves it --and that's all that really matters.

Bought two for my grandkids birthdays. Had then delivered to their doors. Took time to build, all parts were there, parents followed the instructions. An amazing play house at a good price. Thank you Sam's Club for stocking this model. Very robust & a child's delight.
