Easy assembly. Seems to be very sturdy. Granddaughters love it. They are 3 years and 18 months. Their favorite feature is the doorbell!! Go figure.

2 year old granddaughter loves it! It's in her playroom and all she wants to do is play in it! Instructions say 4 hours to assemble but hubby & son completed it in 2 hours. Lots of screws & little details but not hard - just a little tedious.

Our real estate office purchased this to display for 2 local 4th of July parades. It took about 2 hours to assemble (at least 2 to 3 helpers). I'm not sure how long it will last, but it's fun for now. Kind of small, but perfect for our needs.

Super cute and well made playhouse. It's working well for our 4 and 7 year old. I do wish it was a tad bigger (the dimensions may include the fence area). It took my husband 3 hours to assemble.

Two people job on the box it seems so easy because the base pops out but then you have to assemble the whole roof and windows door knobs and everything else. Took all day to assemble. In my opinion directions are out of order.

Not as easy to assemble as the box says. There aren't pre drilled holes, it took us quite a while to build it, but totally worth it. It's awesome and little one loves it

Takes two about 2 1/2 hours to assemble but instructions are pretty good and the quality of the product is exceptional. Best of all, the grands and their dog love it.

This house is adorable. The quality is amazing and my girls are in heaven with their own house with a kitchen!! Easy to assemble. It took my husband about 2 hours to put it together with very little help from me.

Set aside some time for assembly!! Other than the lengthy assembly time, this is a very sturdy playhouse and worth the price. Our daughter loves it!! My only complaint would be I wish the design allowed for easy disassembly so that it could be moved.
