The house is adorable once it is all put together, BUT, the box is misleading about what is needed to put it together. It needs quite a few tools, it is not solely accordion style, just the basic frame of the house is accordion-like to prop it up. It is a wonderful little playhouse once togther!

My two year old granddaughter loves this playhouse!! High quality product that will provide years of fun. Love the real doorbell, doggy door, real flower boxes to plant in, mail slot—so much thought given to detail.

Came boxed well and is super cute. Did take two people a couple hours. My son loves the working door bell and has managed to pull my husband and I both inside with him, so two adults and a child will all fit! Recommend this playhouse for sure!

Easy to build, nice and sturdy, and kids love the kitchen and putting flowers in the provided containers on the face. Would highly recommend for ages 3 - 7!

This playhouse is high quality. It was easy to put together but it took a few hours. Directions were a hard to understand when you first start the process but then it all makes sense. Very nice product and highly recommend.

Bought for our Grandaughters first Birthday. It is really cute and I love my purchase, she does too. Especially the working doorbell. I would recommend this product. It took a little longer to put together than I thought, but it was not difficult to do. I did not give a five because a couple of peices were very hard to fit together correctly and one had a crake and of course when I put the screw in it cracked in half. I have not tried to get it replaced yet, so I can not comment on customer service.

Super cute but I expected more honestly. The wood is super thin. If you didn't use the drill lightly, the wood would crack & split. The wood is NOT sealed. We will have to do that so it doesn't weather this spring from all the rain. Some of the pieces came damaged or cracked or knocked into something, you can definitely tell. We will definitely have to put work to it. I wanted this play house for a year for my daughter & I really expected more.

There are some instructions that aren't clear. I had to watch a YouTube video for guidance. The roof pieces are not evenly cut. The wood is very thin and easily broken. Be careful when screwing. There are some pieces like the door latch that aren't kid-safe. Although the latch allows the door to stay closed, when another child runs in and out, you will have this big block poking out that can cause injuries. The bird house was broken. All my pieces were different shades, some were chipped and half painted, and the color of the house does not appear as vibrant as the picture in the description. My grandson loves it but I gave it a 3 star rating due to the poor quality of the product.

I hate to say it, but the materials are cheap. Flimsy plastic windows, wood was chipping, the flower boxes came broken. Also, there are 51 steps to putting it together. That's 5 and 1. 51.

This playhouse is super cute but there were some issues. There were places where wood was split and the bottom corner was broken off. I considered returning it but instead used wood glue and extra screws to fix it. It is really light weight wood so I hope it holds up. On the plus side, my grandkids love it.
