It's worth every penny and the 5hrs it took to built it! Don't think about it, just buy it! The kids will enjoy it! I looked at other playhouse's and it doesn't compare. Very happy with this item! I would buy it again.

Ordered for my sons bday arrived with several broken parts we glued together prior to assembly, didn't have the time to return or else we wouldn't have bee Able to gift it. Overall looks nice

Sink fills with water when it rains. It should be just a bit further inside so this doesn't happen, the wooden fence is not very sturdy and will break with kids playing around it. Very nice house just a few improvement and it'd be great !

My girls got this for their birthdays (1 and 4) and it has been a hit! Even my 7 year old son enjoys playing in it. Perfect size and didn't take too long to put together.

We purchased this for our granddaughters. My son put it together by himself and said it took a couple of hours. My 5 year old granddaughter only comes out of it to go to bed and go to school. It was a big hit!

I bought this item for my little girl although the good thing about this playhouse is it is sturdy and the wood is treated which is great, however my only wish was that the roof was also made of wood. The quality of certain as areas of the house had small cracks in them and if youre not careful with tool you may crack it as well . Overall it's cute and would buy again

Although this is adorably cute and goes together nicely, it so much smaller when built. The only saving grace is the height. Other than that, it is really for toddlers 2-3 years old. Photographs give the illusion it is large and they obviously use very young toddlers to create the feeling of a normal sized cottage. Much too expensive for what you receive.

This was such a great deal! Love that it's real cedar wood. I ordered and did curbside pickup. All of the pieces were there; nothing was damaged. Very simple to set up. It took about 2 hours and we used the BILT app for instructions. Very sturdy and good quality material.

My granddaughter received this beautiful bungalow for her 3rd birthday! A surprise from her mother and us! Oh my, she was so excited when my daughter finally put it together(with a neighbor's help)! She hasn't stopped playing and refuses to come out! Lol… Great product, great quality and the PRICE beat all of the other stores we look at! Highly recommended!

No missing or broken pieces. High quality, adorable, and the toddlers love it. As others said, the doorbell is a hit. You'll definitely want a power drill/impact driver for all those screws, and two people at least until you get some major parts in place. This house is a winner!!!
