This is the cutest house! We bought this for our youngest daughter for her 2nd birthday. It did take my husband 3-4 hours to put together because he was doing it by himself but it is solid! The material used for the house is good and sturdy. It just has the cutest little extras like the flower boxes and the bird house but my daughter loves the doorbell and little doggy door the most. Great buy and would definitely purchase again.

This was such a great deal! Love that it's real cedar wood. I ordered and did curbside pickup. All of the pieces were there; nothing was damaged. Very simple to set up. It took about 2 hours and we used the BILT app for instructions. Very sturdy and good quality material.

Adorable! Overall, it went together well. Definitely requires at least two people. Two pieces were damaged/broken, but we managed to work around the issues as the store was 60 miles away - not easy to take it back. A piece of the plastic sink was broken, but we were still able to attach it with screws. This was just a cosmestic issue. The crossbar at the bottom of the dog door was cracked. My husband braced it with an additional block of wood - that was a fairly simple fix. We used a pallet to create a floor. It was a perfect fit. I used L-brackets to attach the house to the pallet to make the house more stable, especially in the event of high wind. We leveled the house on cinder blocks and planted some flowers around the edge. Don't be deceived by the "easy" assembly. You have to follow the pictorial directions and it took about 6 hours total time to finish the playhouse. It is doable, but don't expect to finish it in a couple of hours. I rated it a 4 because of the broken pieces. Can't wait for our grandkids to see it!

Purchased for my neice who is 7 years old. She loves adventures and enjoy her time in her little bungalow in the garage. I was concerned that it would be difficult and time consuming to put together but two of my brother in laws tackled it and was done in about three hours. It definitely takes at least two people working together. I am satisfied with the price. I have recommended to family and friends.

My granddaughter received this beautiful bungalow for her 3rd birthday! A surprise from her mother and us! Oh my, she was so excited when my daughter finally put it together(with a neighbor's help)! She hasn't stopped playing and refuses to come out! Lol… Great product, great quality and the PRICE beat all of the other stores we look at! Highly recommended!

No missing or broken pieces. High quality, adorable, and the toddlers love it. As others said, the doorbell is a hit. You'll definitely want a power drill/impact driver for all those screws, and two people at least until you get some major parts in place. This house is a winner!!!

I bought this item for my little girl although the good thing about this playhouse is it is sturdy and the wood is treated which is great, however my only wish was that the roof was also made of wood. The quality of certain as areas of the house had small cracks in them and if youre not careful with tool you may crack it as well . Overall it's cute and would buy again

It's cute and sturdy however the time and difficulty to assemble is why I didn't give it 5 stars

Almost a slam dunk, but there were some scuffs on a few pieces and the plastic sink piece came broken.

Our birthday two year old was thrilled! Assembly was as expected. Don't doubt directions and do steps in exact order.
