We got this for our daughters 2nd birthday bc she loves to play outside. I love all the little details amd the fact it's not a cheaper plastic material. The ringing doorbell is a major hit. Her 7 yr old sister loves to play in it with her also and the neighbor girls. I'm 39 and I love playing in it with her so she can serve me olay food through the window. As far as assembly; it took my husband along with help of my father a little over 3 hours ; not too bad considering all the little pieces/accessories :-) Highly recommend; it's built sturdy and is an adorable addition in our backyard. Our dogs even go through the “doggie door”
