[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this model based on the excellent online reviews and are not disappointed. We've used several cycles and all perform perfectly. Currently we're using the appromateiy 1 hour turbo cycle and it cleans well. We are using the least expensive basic dishwasher packs with the recommendeded rinse. Drying is similar to our other dishwasher where the flat bottom glasses puddle some water so we use a paper towel to blot them before emptying. Also the wifi notifications with the app are helpful. Lastly it took some adjustment to get used to a different loading pattern : we took out the silverware basket and can fit quite a bit more dishes than our previous dishwashers and love that. 5 stars!

When the dishwasher is running it makes such loud bangs and thumps that from upstairs, we kept thinking something in the house had fallen over. It seems to be doing a good job of cleaning, but this banging noise is very concerning. Even if we run it empty it sounds like some SLAMMING the water on and off. I am concerned this will harm my plumbing.

I bought this dishwasher at Sam's and was assured delivery and installation was included. I got the dishwasher and the assembly NEVER happened. I contacted Sam's and was told my complaint would be escalated and someone would call within 72 hours, that was a joke. I called back waited 2 hours for a supervisor that never picked up. Called 3 times with the same results. I think Sam's does this so the customer will give up! The service at Sam's doesn't exist, so don't believe what they tell you even if they give you a complaint number.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the reasons we selected this dishwasher was the low noise rating. We were not disappointed; it is very quiet. Most of the noises we hear are from the waste water entering the drain. We are very happy. Other reasons we chose this was its good looks as well as the all stainless steel interior. The third upper rack has been handy but mostly we don't need the extra space. The center rack is height adjustable and that is very easy to do. We do as the instructions direct and scrape dished but do not rinse them before placing them in the machine. Mostly we use the Auto setting and have been very pleased. Auto is where the machine senses how soiled the water is and the wash time is adjusted to suit. Works good.

The drain hose for this model appears to be specifically set up to be hooked up to an adjacent disposal unit. If you don't have this set up in your kitchen, beware. Ours stands alone on an island and gets it supply and drain lines from the basement directly underneath it. The drain line doesn't have anyway to stay elevated as needed. I literally had to time the line up behind the unit so the water doesn't get siphoned through the bottom during use. Not to mention I had to add an extension to the drain line because after it was elevated, it was too short to reach the existing hard drain line. Very poor design in my opinion. The unit did work nicely after it was installed.

I shopped other machines and found this LG has everything I needed and wanted and more. It's efficient, quiet and easy to install and operate. Highest quality machine on the market. The style is modern and unobtrusive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using this fantastic machine for about 2 weeks now. It replaced an older LG machine 10 years old. It's beautiful, quiet, and has features that I don't know if I will ever use, but it definitely gets my dirty dishes clean and sparkling. Lg is a great brand and we are very happy with it and the installer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really love this dishwasher!! It cleans the dishes beautifully with no left over residue. We are having an issue with ‘noise ’ after about an hour of running. However I do have a service call in .. so once that is done I’ll let you know how that gets handled. I’m thinking LG will handle appropriately!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had the dishwasher in use for about a month and so far have had an excellent experience with it. Dishes come out sparkling clean and sanitized using steam instead of a heating element in the bottom. Nice and quiet and we love the third rack.
