The front top control started to fail just as the warranty was up. It has a mind if it’s own and sometimes works when you bang on it then press the start button. The next time we try to use it it powers up and needs to be banged on to stop it from doing the funky chicken. Dishwasher cleans fine when you can actually start it. Now it won’t work and probably just needs to be thrown way. Should be able to get more then 2 years out of a product. I do not recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and still working with the new dishwasher.I had to replace this from my other LG dishwash only after 6 years. and the company offered 20 percent rebate if i had bought another LG washer. They stood by and gotten my 20 percent back right away and was very nice to me...I have all LG products in my house... Washer , Dryer , Fridge. I am still working on learning how the wash works with all the programing it has oin it...So far it have worked pretty well. In my family i run the dish washer mostly twice a day. So i would love to review from 2 years from now . Or be a person that tries out new products due having a busy family and used all the products constantly.....But over all for the short period i have had to product it been good.....Thanks

So far we are very pleased with the washing performance and quite operation of the dishwasher. The only thing we have to clean a filter which we have never had to do before that will take get used to doing .Every thing has come out clean one the cycles that we have used. Over all a great product

Dishwasher is good, but not as quiet as I was hoping for. All in all satisfied but have only had it for a month so time will tell. One problem is putting wine glasses on middle rack, on the sides and when you pull out the small top rack, it hits the glasses and breaks off the stem! We’ve broken 2 glasses in a week!

I bought this a month ago, and was extremely happy until this past week. I received an error -- AE - internal water leak, and water leaked on the floor in front of my dishwasher. Had a hard time getting ahold of service -- they sent me info to fix myself first. Needless to say I was a little frustrated -- it's fixed -- but not sure why it happened, so not sure if it will happen again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher couple of years ago and it worked great for two years. Motor stopped working with an error message immediately after warranty expires. Luckily had extended warranty so got a replacement motor fixed by technician

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Happy with it, but prefer to use the top rack for the silverware and the bottom for glasses. Need to be aware that if you put tall glasses on second rack will interfere with the cleaning as prevents the rotating mechanism

I bought this 1 year ago and had the tech out twice to fix it. He says its just the way it is. You are not suppose to rinse the dishes, but have to or they will come out dirty. Also, I tried all of the setting and dishes come out wet. Tech said it was the detergent, tried 4 different kinds did not help. He also said to leave the door open to dry the dishes. Really, what about kids and pets?? Top rack is useless. Totally wet all the time

Repair tech was over 3 hours late and EXTREMELY RUDE to my wife. Issue could have been resolved at that time. Tech refused to do any work without proof of purchase. Second time around when Service Tech came out I turned on the power and the machine worked. Your Tech did nothing and I was charge. That is NOT RIGHT!!!

We moved into a new house and had to buy this dishwasher again. Upgraded to the model with Steam and 3rd shelf for cutlery. It is a very quiet dishwasher which we purchased both times for our open concept homes. There is a place for everything and the dishes come out nice and clean. Everything you would want in a dishwasher.
