It cleans dishes properly, it looks good, it is easy to use, it has a useful overnight cycle. I have never liked separate top utensil trays in dishwashers before but this one works really well - the tines that hold the utensils are tall enough to really work and spaced perfectly. Oh and it's pretty quiet.

I like the feature of being able to drop the top rack down. I find the normal cycle on energy save is still a long cycle compared to my previous dishwasher. The smudge proof feature is a great addition.

I have been using my dishwasher now for about two weeks. I didn’t go shopping for a dishwasher because we needed one immediately, but the package deal we received it made sense to include the dishwasher. I cannot believe the difference in my dishes and the quietness of the unit! I’m actually running the dishwasher now and watching TV. Couldn’t do that with old washer. I also had to pre wash to get good results. So happy we went ahead and bought this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher a few weeks ago and so happy that we did. It cleans exceptionally well and is super quiet. With the family of three kids, it gets used daily. The steam setting works really well and removing heavily soil dishes.

We are expressed with the dishwasher’s cleaning. Wine glasses and glass dishes come out sparkling. Although the dishwasher is very quiet when washing it is extremely noisy when the water fills the machine and when the dirty water is draining. Additionally even with the extra dry option certain dishes that lay flat are still wet.

So far this has been a great dishwasher. Cleans very well, is quiet, has lots of features without having to many that you don’t use

I don't give any dishwasher more than 3 stars, due to the lack of drying power and the dishes always being wet. Ridiculous to spend this kind of money and not have dry dishes that don't require rinse additives, opening the door at night, etc.

Had the dishwasher less than a year and already needed to call and get it repaired. Waiting on parts now. When running it sounds like a helicopter!! Worked great for the first 6 months. So glad we purchased the extended warranty, I'm thinking I'm going to need it one the 1 year manufacturer one is up

We’re an LG family and we have been for years, after 4 remodels with four different home remodels this may be the last from dishwashers to double door refrigerators, washer and dryers, televisions … this dishwasher has had non stop issues from the get go, we’ve had the LG come out four times and it’s still not working as it did. It sounds like a helicopter is taking off in our kitchen. I like the brand but I’m starting to think twice about a repurchase. I cannot whole heartedly recommend.

We purchased this in the beginning of November and now have to wait till January 6th for someone to be sent from the company (warranty) to fix it. As we are a house of 9 people this was a huge inconvenience, especially over the holiday when we had family and friends scheduled to come over…we ended up canceling dinner and just ordered Chinese food…it was a good product while it worked but for the money there is no reason to have died after less than 2 months!
