I bought a dishwasher 10 months ago. First, the sprayer kept falling off during cycle, LG sent a new part very quickly. Now there’s an error code that means a leak, they said turn it off, let it dry out, run a heavy cycle on empty. Still throwing the code, and I can’t get it to do anything,. Reaching back out today, but I don’t think I’ll buy it again.

Our dishwasher “other brand” decided to stop working, after owning LG products in the past we chose LG as our replacement brand. After doing my own independent research it was a no brainer. The LG dishwasher “ DW LDTS5552S” was without a doubt the right choice. We are now LG customers for life, other brands wish they were LG.

I’ve already broken a wine glass. The auto wash feature is also louder than I’d like. The dish racks are positioned differently.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our dishwasher because it was old and making loud sounds while washing the dishes. This LG dishwasher is quiet, which is so nice. However, we are quite frustrated because soup bowls, serving bowls, pots and pans are difficult to place in either the top or bottom of the dishwasher. When placed on either rack, they have to be placed effectively taking up a lot of space so we have realized that this dishwasher takes few dishes per wash. Otherwise, it cleans very well. We are disappointed and still hopeful that we will figure out how to load bowls and pans. We have the manual, it shows sets of dishes. We have fiesta ware dishes that are not represented in the pictures in the manual.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had around 3 months now and it’s is working amazingly, it’s all digital controls, after we read the instructions it was very easy to operate it even has blue tooth compatible we can load it and turn it on from anywhere, but it runs so quietly we can’t here it run, it’s amazing.

Purchased knowing LG was a good product but when delivered the times on the bottom had some bent and the glasses, cups and silverware weren’t always dry. We just complained and a tech was here. Worked to fix but water was hot and all else was compliant. LG sent a new rack which we appreciate.

I am very excited and intrigued about what I can do next with this forward thinking machine. I can yell you that LG has out done themselves as this is a work of art.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed a couple of weeks ago and used once. It’s very quiet. Appears well built. Takes much longer to complete the cycle than our previous dishwasher. The manuals could have been a little clearer in several areas. Pleased with our purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher less than a month ago during July 4 holiday sales, so I'm still learning about its technology, but we LOVE the third rack for flatware. Removing the moveable flatware basket holder also gives me more room for bowls and odd-sized dishes.I can finally wash 12- and 14-inch splatter screens without bending under low racks. Dishes are sparkling and ample room on all 3 levels--love my new LG dishwasher!

Replaced just recently with this one and it lasted less than a week. Began leaking through the bottom; had to put a towel on the floor to catch the water. Needless to say that is also gone and replaced with a new and different brand.
