Only had for a week but I already regret buying this one and not going with another brand unfortunately . We were planning on buying all new LG appliances (started with dishwasher) for our kitchen but after how this has been I’m second guessing it . Despite the reviews which all convinced me to buy this product, this is hands down the loudest dishwasher I have not only ever owned, but ever heard. I wanted to love this so bad but I’m having major buyers regrets currently, and with having two young children the dishwasher is used alot so it being loud isn’t ideal for when they’re napping/sleeping. The bottom rack layout is also not optimal for fitting many dishes, feels really small.

I was skeptical about how clean it would get dishes if food was left on for multiple days before the dishwasher ran. The dishes came out spotless. And it is extremely quiet.

I bought this a few months ago and have regretted it ever since. The dish racks are horrible and of poor quality. The collapsible parts of the rack won’t stay upright causing problems with chipping dishes and loading. My soup bowls don’t seem to fit anywhere. The price quality relationship just isn’t there. Buyer regrets.

Cycles are long but expected due to energy and water efficiency.

Bought this, installed it, used it, can hear it in the whole house So loud couldn't watch the tv from one room away. Tested the decibels, never went below 55. It is properly installed and leveled Lg support says it "normal" and within acceptable ranges

When the dishwasher is running it makes such loud bangs and thumps that from upstairs, we kept thinking something in the house had fallen over. It seems to be doing a good job of cleaning, but this banging noise is very concerning. Even if we run it empty it sounds like some SLAMMING the water on and off. I am concerned this will harm my plumbing.

Purchased after losing a 15 year old GE to rust. Great deal through Costco but delivery and installation was a nightmare. Nothing to do with LG but Costco needs to work on this as well as their installation advertising. Installer refused to hardwire because he said this is corded from the factor. IT IS NOT. You are more than able to hardwire this unit. Great look, easy to use and my wife loves the Wi-Fi features that go with our smart home and other LG appliances. We only purchase LG TVs and appliances due to our history with their reliability.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using this fantastic machine for about 2 weeks now. It replaced an older LG machine 10 years old. It's beautiful, quiet, and has features that I don't know if I will ever use, but it definitely gets my dirty dishes clean and sparkling. Lg is a great brand and we are very happy with it and the installer.

My in-laws recently installed this dishwasher in their kitchen. They absolutely hate the way the bottom rack is set up. They have squarish-shaped dishes including bowls, and the dishes will not line up properly on the bottom row racks. The tines on the racks seem to be too widely spaced apart, and their plates will slip through and hit the water and heating implements. As a result, they have to load some of their plates in the cups section, and put some cups in the dish section. It's super annoying and they would have returned this product if there had been any alternatives available.
