I absolutely DESPISE this dishwasher. You can hear it running anywhere in the house because it vibrates and buzzes like crazy. It doesn’t even do a decent job of cleaning and it already sounds like it’s broken, not even a month after owning it. Do not recommend at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using for a couple months and it is night and day to our old 1980s dishwasher. The only time I've had to use the heavy duty cycle was with some dishes that had melted on cheese. Other than that you don't even need to rinse.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While shopping for a new dishwasher the LG excelled in two features that met my needs. The first was the adjustable and removable cutlery rack. But most of all was being able to fold down the lower tines to accommodate larger pans etc. The hardest part of my job is to familiarize myself to the owners manual and take advantage of all the features this great appliance has to offer. Thank you LG in making my job simplified.

The dishwasher worked well for about 15 months. Suddenly, the control panel no longer works, preventing the dishwasher. I suspect water got into the panel as the dishwasher would intermittently play the “about to start” chimes without my pressing any buttons. Even so, it’s disappointing to pay for a product that just lasts slightly longer than the initial warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been very pleased with this dishwasher. Reading some of the reviews, I was somewhat skeptical. But it has been washing/drying great thus far. I do, however, rinse off our dishes prior to loading the washer, even though the instructions state not to. I recd an email from LG on care, etc. for this appliance. The video attached showed how to clean the filter. My thing is, why put a lot of food residue in the machine only to have to deal with cleaning it out periodically. The washer is quieter than I expected, which is really great. We are quite pleased with this purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this model based on the excellent online reviews and are not disappointed. We've used several cycles and all perform perfectly. Currently we're using the appromateiy 1 hour turbo cycle and it cleans well. We are using the least expensive basic dishwasher packs with the recommendeded rinse. Drying is similar to our other dishwasher where the flat bottom glasses puddle some water so we use a paper towel to blot them before emptying. Also the wifi notifications with the app are helpful. Lastly it took some adjustment to get used to a different loading pattern : we took out the silverware basket and can fit quite a bit more dishes than our previous dishwashers and love that. 5 stars!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my old dishwasher door broke, I was worried about finding a one that would fit in the space and style of my kitchen. I am very pleased with the style and the performance of my new LG dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my LG dishwasher and hired someone to install it. I had to contact LG because there was an error. The appliance person came out and corrected the sensor. The process was smooth. LG was easy and polite to contact and work with. I love my dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this dishwasher for about 8 months and it is GREAT. Heavy pans from lasagna come super clean without scrubbing. No spots and residue. Works great with WIFI. Will not buy another brand again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first, we bought one of the highest rated dishwashers they make. It didn't clean well or dry and it was small. Fortunately the store took it back and we really liked the LG. It's large and the spindles are not cheaply made and the utensil basket it huge. Very happy.
