[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher a month ago. We have a family of eight, so it was very important to get a Quality dishwasher! Wow! My expectations have been met over a 100% of what I was expecting. With a family of eight it’s gonna be a lot of dishes daily! The washing cycle clears tough stains off with ease combined with steam, not to mention each feature is specific to what your actual needs are! I’m going to rate this dishwasher 5stars plus along with drying cycle! I would recommend this LG product to any and everybody! Even my four year old can start the dishwasher, that’s how simple it is to use! I Love my LG Dishwasher!

I’ve called and did what little introductions I was given to do so. I was told 10 year guarantee but now I’m told it’s only a year and the parts are for the other years. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!! I’m not even getting a refund

We purchased this appliance a month ago, and we love it. It's been a nice upgrade from our older dishwasher, and it's much quieter. It has several features, like saving water usage, time, etc... In addition, the Wi-Fi option is great to have as this appliance can start with the touch of an app. We are glad to have made an investment in this dishwasher.

Easy to load and kinda neat having the 3rd rack, though I might remove the silverware rack for more clearance in the second rack. The wifi is unexpectedly helpful; it's weird getting a buzz from my watch that the dishes are done, but pretty cool.

I bought this almost a month ago and I absolutely love it. I’ve never owned LG appliances before but as of right now I will never use anything else. This dishwasher is easy to use, has some really neat features, cleans, and dries my dishes better than any dishwasher I’ve ever used. It’s super quiet, you hardly even notice it’s on.

This product has a very poor drying ability. I tried the instructions from the manual, left the dishwasher on overnight yet the dishes came out barely dry. There’s always water at the door and inside the dishwasher. Since everything has to be angled a certain way for some semblance of dryness, you can only have small load. The cycles are very long. I had an LG dryer that works well for at least 5 years now I was counting on the dishwasher to be of good quality as well.

We do a lot of baking and air frying and this leave some tough cleaning challenges. Our past two machines, which were top rate machines, could not remove the baked on food. We ended up hand washing before using the washer. The LG was tried out with out pre soaking or washing. It proved to be up to the job. All came out clean. We have been very pleased especially that it turns out that we can wash nearly double the load. The third rack really help with this. It took us nearly 8 months of research to make the choice. We are happy with the decision. Did the installation myself which was well laid out and easy.

Our new LG dishwasher looks great in our home! We like the features the dishwasher has and it is easy to use. The top rack to put spatulas or other flat type items in is very useful. We like the handle on the front to put a hand towel on. The power button is a bit touchy but that is a minor issue. Although much quieter than our previous dishwasher it does make a little bit of noise but overall the noise level is low. We are enjoying our new dishwasher and we are pleased we purchased it.

I purchased my LG dishwasher in July. The dishwasher installation was a very easy proccess for DIY. i even set it up with my app for settings and notifications. All was perfect. 6 months afterwards i had a problem draining. I contacted LG support who walked me through some steps to help rectify the issue. It was determined i needed an on site tech. they scheduled the service arrived on time and resolved the issue quickly. The drain hose needed to be replaced. The hose was filled with grease and debris. The tech advised me of great tips of how to preent this occuring in the future which i will definetly do. Thanks LG, all good now!

When I needed to replace my dishwasher and was unable to fit that brand in my current space, I was happy to learn the LG unit was a perfect fit. The unit's features fit all my needs, is quiet, and easy to use. The appliance store sales person was also very positive about the features and reliability of LG appliances.
