Since using the product, we are absolutely thrilled with how well it cleans, how quiet it is, and how easy it is to operate. I honestly think the decibel rating is way too high because you cannot even hear it running at all.

I purchased the LDTS5552D for the steam option and its high reviews. I really like the ability to run a light load for only the top or only the bottom racks. The heavy duty cycle was able to remove iced tea stains from a jar. I'm very impressed with the cleaning ability of this dishwasher. It also dries much better than any previous dishwasher I've owned. Its quiet and efficient. I set it usually on auto with steam and the dishes come out clean and dry. The 3rd rack for silverware is a game changer! Its easy to load and unload without bending over every time I want to put silverware in there. Its not deep enough for a ladle, so I put those in the silverware container in the bottom rack. Its very convenient to have both. I'm very happy with this dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a year ago. Washes well. Does not dry a well as my old one did. Recently stopped working. It would start and then stop. Did this several times. Finally corrected itself. As long as it keeps working, have no complaints.

Seems to take less dish washing liquid. Easy to load. I get everything in without a problem and everything comes out CLEAN.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced all our apliances with LG stainless steal. Extremely happy with our decision. No finger prints is great. Great features and design. Only thing I we don't like is the length of time to wash dishes, 2 1/2 hours. It's not an LG problem all new dish washer are now designed that way; pretty ridiculous and they aren't completely dry when it's done. Other than that we would highly recommend LG, good price and quality.

I love love love my LG dishwasher. It had the third rack and it great for large spoons as well as lids for bowls and drinking cups. It does a great job of cleaning all my dishes and silverware. I love all the choices of settings offered. I highly recommend LG appliances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Outstanding cleaning power; multiple cleaning options; impressive (so far) build quality; some cleaning choices have long cycle times; so quiet you can't hear it if not nearby; so many options and features that we constantly have to refer to the owners manual for button combinations; kind of pricey with installation, accessories, and haul-away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although this dishwasher does an excellent job of cleaning dishes and has a variety of useful features, the way the lower rack holds dishes is disappointing - the bottom dish rack holders (prongs) design seems inefficient and not well-tested with real beta customers, before releasing this product. The bottom rack seems to have too much space (not enough prongs) especially in the center of the rack. Also, it seems we have to put large plates in only one direction, otherwise they tilt over making those plates less likely to get clean and wasting space.
