I had problems in the beginning with it working. It has been working OK after the repair man come out twice to work on it. It still doesn't cut off after it finish. It keeps saying end and keep buzzing until I open It myself to stop it. The quick wash doesn't work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought two months ago. It's smaller than I thought it would be. The bottom rack doesn't roll smoothly. Sometimes the wheels pop off. It washes the dishes ok. If you don't rinse/wash prior to putting in the dishwasher, there will always be dried on food.There is always water on top of all the cups and bowls. I have to dry all of them before putting them away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of this dishwasher is excellent! It works fantastic! I love the third shelf option as well as the adjustable second shelf. It gets dishes clean with minimal to no pre-rinsing. The interior stays clean and doesn’t get a musty smell. I would definitely purchase this unit again. The only downside I have found is that the bottom shelf will come off the track fairly easily. It’s a super easy fix (lift and put the wheels back on the track), but it can be annoying at times.

Bought this product a month ago and we are very happy with it. This was a birthday gift from my husband. The machine is so quiet that at the beginning we put our ear by the door to make sure it was running. The only complaint is there is a bad smell coming from inside the machine when we open the door. I need to get in touch with customer service for recommendations. So, for this reason, I gave it a 4.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our GE dishwasher died after several years of use. Although the dishwasher had served us well, this new LG is a big improvement. The configuration of the racks makes for easy loading. The third rack is a bonus. Although this dishwasher fit into the space we had, the interior is larger, making it easier to load. Dry satisfied with this purchase.

Bought this dishwasher and like it, but miss greatly a feature of the top rack of the last LG dishwasher I owned...the extra mini shelf on the top shelf that allowed me to put measuring cups or spoons too big for the silverware bucket but too small and space stealers for top rack. I would like to buy this part, but have looked for it and can't find without replacing the whole top shelf (and don't know if the replacement shelf would fit anyway, or the part could be added on easily). If anyone knows how I can do this, would love to hear from them.

We have had LG appliances for a while now and believe them to be the best in the market for quality, pricing and appearance. We have priced various makes and models and found LG to be the best deal. There is no doubt when you purchase an LG product it's a win, win all around. We recently sold a property for which we had LG appliances, and they made a difference the buyer asked if we were leaving them, and we said we were the buyers were elated. We are an LG family my kids also have LG appliances in their homes and life is good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher in April. We had a bad time getting it installed which is not LGs fault. Once it was installed fully the dishwasher does not run. We contacted support and someone came out to look at it. It has ran two full cycles, one the day the tech came and once more. But since that the dishwasher starts, then stops shortly into any cycle.

I really like this dishwasher. It cleans well, and the third rack is a nice feature. I also like the light touch of the settings and the incredible amount of space of silverware. I like the ability to fold down the divider on the bottom rack for larger items as well. My only reservations is that the bottom rack isn't organized so that it is possible to have two rows of full size plates.
