Since having the generator installed last October, it's only been needed once, for a very brief interruption in electricity. The generator did start & function. The delay was 10 - 15 seconds, more than I'd anticipated, but not a problem.

In every respect, we are thrilled with both the product and service. Paul and his crew were so professional. The project went very well-- on time and within the price quoted!

So far, our generator is doing its job. The installation went very smooth and the installer explained all the necessary procedures to us. We feel that the product will give us the security that we expect.

Looks and installation is very good. But nothing to say you need a battery up front. And you have to call or email for a activation code. But other than that it's works excellent

So far, I have had no real experience with the product. Everything seems to work well. I would like to have the product better muffled; it is quite loud while running.

So far since purchase there has been need of use but comfortable to know that I have security should I need it. Very attractive equipment outside house. Love it completely.

Small footprint and low sound. Hoping not to need it for next big storm! But it's great to know I have it. Installed smoothly. First test was flawless, turned on in a few seconds.

Now I have piece of mind that I will be able to be comfortable and safe in my own home if we have power outages. The automatice transfer switch makes it so easy!
