So far, I have had no real experience with the product. Everything seems to work well. I would like to have the product better muffled; it is quite loud while running.

Secind generator inhave purchased for home use, Goid reputation and hoping it works as well for this house as the other generator did for my okd house

good looking product, very quiet when running during test run, fast installation, easy to operate and change programing if required. generator price is good value but installation cost as much as generator.

Seems to work fine, except for me it is all manual, and I would like to get the installation wizard to show test dates, warranty time, etc. I'll call customer service some time.

Looks and installation is very good. But nothing to say you need a battery up front. And you have to call or email for a activation code. But other than that it's works excellent

The generator workd as advertised Poweroutage - generator turns on. Power grid come back on line - generator turns off. I call that a ten. Works as advertised. Can't as for more.
