The generator I received had already been opened and parts missing and broken could not hook up. It had rusty spots inside. Very very disappointed, as I have been a member for a long time. This is something I cannot return because of the weight  of this. I sure hope that this can be taken care of. This item had been bought and returned I guess. I need some kind of recompense for my expense and time fooling with this.

I will buy local from now on so I can get service

The 20,000 kw generator works as advertised. during a recent power outage it took 9 seconds to come on and restore power.
My only negative comment is the generator is quite noisy. Is there possibly another muffler available that will make the unit more quite without reducing the engine power?
