In order to provide peace of mind and assurance there would be no crawl space flooding we decided to have a whole house generator installed. After researching other brands we elected to go with the Generac. We could not be happier.Installation was professional and went without a hitch. The product runs smoothly and the transfer from Generator to regular electricity is seamless and quiet. We were provided with an excellent overview of the proper maintenance procedures. Definitely the right decision for us.

From someone who lives in the country and loses power when someone sneezes, this purchase was a necessity! I work from home and power is a necessity. Several neighbors already have purchased a Generac series generator and now I'm a happy customer as well. The transition when needed is seamless and the results and assurance of having power at all times is well worth the investment.

We bought a house in the Pocono Mountains just about a year ago and wanted to be sure we had power all the time, most important in winter as we heat our home with electric. Recommendations from an electrician friend led me to buy a Generac 22KW system. It looks great, is not loud at all and can handle everything we have, IE: heat, AC and all lighting as all our lamps are LED. Thanks for making a great product, it gives us peace of mind all year.

down here in the South...it's a MUST HAVE for hurricane season. Unit is quiet and worth every penny. I had to cancel a couple of vacation trips to save up the $$$, but now I have jealous neighbors. I feel like Noah's Ark...everybody wants to come to my house when the lights go out.

At great sacrifice we saved and invested in a full house generator and the second it kicked in we experienced a feeling of relief and security that is unexplainable. Did extensive research to select this product, WOW, now installed it is what we needed for safety and security as seniors in an older home with attached studio. Gone is the risk of filling a gas generator at night in a storm, our medical equipment runs in power outages - breathing easier. The supplier and Generac deserve praise for helping every step of the way as our contractor had not done a Wi-Fi generator install. Hoping we never need it- we are super happy we selected Generac!

Our generator has performed flawlessly giving us much needed peace of mind. We live in Florida and have been through several hurricanes. It is much quieter than I thought, not much louder than a lawn mower. The unit is built beautifully and actually looks nice against the house. I highly recommend this unit!

Great product. My Mom has one. My cousin has one. Several neighbors have them. My wife & I had to have one! Can't wait to use it. Our installer was great. No muss! No fuss! He was in & out in less than 2 days with a spectacular job well done. I would recommend the product & my installer without hesitation.

Steve from Baer electric came to my home at 6:15pm(that was the time I said was good)he was on time,which means a lot. After the assessment he gave me 3 options, a 6, 12 or whole home backup, I went with the whole home. We setup a install date, again he was on time. When he was done he went through the entire install with me. It was neat and clean. He showed me how to use the generator. And answered all my questions. Steve was respectful of my home and was completely professional. He also simulated a power failure so I could see the generator Working and he checked to see if all circuits were working. I am going recommend him to my family and friends I highly recommend Baer electric

Generator installed just a day ago, but already put to the test. 1.5 hours after final check we had a thunderstorm that knocked out our power for a couple of hours. Within 10 seconds the generator started up automatically and switched over to powering my house. Everything worked great and it turned itself off when power restored. Did not expect real world test so soon, but glad it happened as it boosted my confidence for the upcoming hurricane season. Thanks generac for a great product.
