Found the installation manual easy to follow, setup was simple. Generator is very dependable and kept our house powered up for a weeek after the last Hurricane

We have used our generator on two occasions and it came on like it should and provided power for the house. We could tell no difference between it and power company electricity. It runs its exercise on time each week. We are very satisfied.

We purchased our 20kW in September '10. No problems with it. Twice, the power went off and didn't even know it until I heard the generator. It is very quiet so I didn't even realize it was on at first.

We have AEP for power most of the power outage is due to poor line maintain, not having pole by the roads so severice takens long and more man power. This is pace of mind....

Installer appeared efficient and thorough ... Presented no problems. Generator started at the scheduled test runs. Cold weather package added. Considering adding the remote link feature.

Did extensive research to select this product, WOW, now installed it is what we needed for safety and security as seniors in an older home with attached studio. Gone is the risk of filling a gas generator at night in a storm, our medical equipment runs in power outages - breathing easier. The supplier and Generac deserve praise for helping every step of the way as our contractor had not done a Wi-Fi generator install. Hoping we never need it- we are super happy we selected Generac!

I have owned this generator for four years and it is running great. Over the past 4 years, have been without power for several days and generator always picked up the load and switched over without issues. Trusted performance. Requires min mx and looks great.

we had just finished installing our unit and wouldn't you know it there was a power failure and allbeit a very short one it was long enough to have the generator kick in automatically and run longer in cool down stage than protection stage, but still i think it will be worth it in the long run we have had several outages in the past so here's hoping. we also purchased the whole house smart switch for added comfort and protestion Eric
