it is a great product at a competitive price. it has the features that i want without being so technical that it becomes hard to set up or change. a nice combination for the homeowner.the outside case looks good and makes maintainence simple.

I'm very pleased with the performance and high quality workmanship of this product. i would recommed it to anyone for peace of mind during a time of need.

We have AEP for power most of the power outage is due to poor line maintain, not having pole by the roads so severice takens long and more man power. This is pace of mind....

I have had purchased 2 of the 20KW back up generators for both of my homes. One was natural gas and the other propane and both are reliable and effective operating generators at a very fair price.

We purchased our 20kW in September '10. No problems with it. Twice, the power went off and didn't even know it until I heard the generator. It is very quiet so I didn't even realize it was on at first.

I purchased my 20kw unit a little over a year ago and of course have not had a power outage since. I did a test run and it will run 2 three ton a/c units and all other items with no problem. Running on LP for maximum output.

How wonderful not to be fearful any more every time a storm blows through with heavy winds or ice. We were out for 5 1/2 days this year and the Generac worked just as promised.

My Generac has performbed flawlessly for a little over a year now. I experienced one power shut-down and the generator kicked in just like it was supposed to. The installation and the external appearance are neat and clean.

Summer saw a looong power outage and we had no problems at all. It came on just as we hoped it would, not even a year after having it installed it went through its first test. So glad we have it.
