Just got new 20 kw generator installed for our power outages great peace of mind for us

I am glad that i got a Generac installed at my house

SO FAR, SO GOOD. TESTED OK, HAS NOT BEEN PUT TO THE REAL TEST YET.

This generator has been installed for two years and has performed flawlessly through numerous power outages.

Love it every Saturday it runs for the test time. Since it was installed it has been used three time to power the house. Just love it.

During hurricane Irene my year old Generac 20 KW started right up and ran for 62 hours, we enjoyed our central air, tv, computers, washer and dryer, dishwasher and everything in our house as if the house was still on the normal power company grid.

Have had the unit for a little over a year and have had no power outages to really test the unit. We have a service contract and the unit self tests weekly. Glad to have it there as a security blanket.

When the power goes out, this product click right on and we have power back within seconds. Although we don't have everything connected to it, we have everything we need and forget that the power is off. No complaints!

Summer saw a looong power outage and we had no problems at all. It came on just as we hoped it would, not even a year after having it installed it went through its first test. So glad we have it.

We purchased our 20kW in September '10. No problems with it. Twice, the power went off and didn't even know it until I heard the generator. It is very quiet so I didn't even realize it was on at first.
