I bought this for my husband's Christmas gift. Received the smoker very quickly with FREE shipping & lots of accessory items. The package deal from the website was better than local Sam's club. We were impressed with the packing materials, too.

There is much to love about this smoker. I have owned it for about 2 years with several uses. 1 it heats and maintains heat perfect, unless it's like 20 degrees outside then it just takes longer to get things done. 2. The blue tooth function kinda sucks dose not reach very far. Get a better temp probe online anyway. 3. Very well built! 4. East to clean. Except the window ( use oven cleaner) 5. This is the perfect set it and forget it smoker. Everything I have tried has turned out very well. Love it. I actually own 2

I'm new at smoking and have done a lot of research on different types of smokers (i.e. Traeger style, electric, propane grill, etc). I felt the best avenue for me was to have a dedicated electric smoker and a dedicated grill until I get the hang of things. I smoked a tri-tip and a brisket so far and they both turned out great! The blue tooth is nice for monitoring the smoker temp from my phone only because i'm getting used to how it works, but I would value the bluetooth more if it showed me the meat temp. I have to go to the smoker to read the meat temp on the smoker display...so the meat probe is nice since I don't have to open the door, except it reads about 5-10 deg warmer than my calibrated thermometer in my kitchen. Overall, I am very happy with this smoker!

I bought a Masterbuilt electric smoker many years ago and eventually it died as equipment does. I tried a couple other brand smokers but could never get the same quality results as I did with my Masterbuilt so I bought a new 40” Bluetooth Masterbuilt. I was even more impressed with the upgraded design changes they had made since my last one. This is one excellent smoker!

I have several brands of smokers and Masterbuilt is the only way to go. Need a part? They have it and don't try to knock your socks off. Char Broil has the looks but take the make up off and run. The only thing I can say bad about the newer Masterbuilts is that they shortened anything that has to do with wood chips. A bad move in my opinion. Forget the Bluetooth and enlarge the wood chip tray and chute.

I bought this for a Christmas present for my husband. Our other smoker is the model or two before this one. The new features like the raised legs with 4 wheels, and the drip tray located in the front is more convenient. Can't wait to try the Bluetooth controls. Family and Friends are always interested when we are going to smoke, they bring their own meat of choice to be smoked so the roomier interior will be extra nice.

This is my third Masterbuilt and second Masterbuilt Electric smoker. I have been happy with all of them and this one has not disappointed. It is much larger and will fit just about anything that you can imagine. My biggest complaint is that the website was not clear and I bought an older model. It was difficult for me to tell the difference between the models. I am happy with what I bought, but really disappointed that It was not clear which was the newest.

I love the Masterbuilt brand, easy to add chips and add a cold smoker attachment. However the blue tooth has a very limited range. It has a window, in which 3 smokes it is not visible. Who wants to see in there , and then loose all that smokie goodness ...

Haven't smoked anything yet but my daughter has an earlier version of this smoker and it works great! Assembly on the legs was easy and this unit is greatly improved as it has 4 wheels allowing it to roll with ease. Can't wait to get brisket and a couple of racks of ribs going this weekend.

Great smoker over all, 2nd one I've owned. Wish it came with a stand to raise it up a little. Bluetooth option is a great idea but the range is horrible, if your buying just for this option don't, you'll be frustrated and disappointed. Overall 9 out of 10 on this smoker quality, capacity, multiple features for the cost. Once they figure out the Bluetooth option it'll be a slam dunk.
