Somewhat frustrated?

I ordered my smoker December 3rd was hoping to get It by Christmas, I simply cannot rate a product I haven't even received yet! Where is it?

The.bluetooth model before this one

I llove this smoker but Bluetooth has never worked also can it be adjusted to higher temperature than 275
