Easy to use

I have had my smoker for 4 years. I believe that everything that came out of has been excellent.

I love the control.

The smoker worked really well and made great food, but after two months the heating unit went out.

Very easy to use

Having a hard time believing the temperature reading is correct. I set it to 190 and two different thermometers I use say the air temperature is over 20 degrees lower, I may ask for warranty help with this as this is why I picked electric. I want to set it at the 190 and have the chamber be rather close to 190.   The meat probe is within 2 degrees of my thermapen, I can live with that. The door gasket leaks smoke out near the top and paint appears to be coming off where the smoke hits the black surface above the door.

Yo, if your into smoking, this is the Ticket!
I upgraded from the 30" without the stand or wheels & it is a must as you get older & harder to bend all the way to the ground. With the 40" on wheels & stand, Light, Blue Tooth & Meat Probe, it upped my game to a Pro! I also added the Side Smoker, which does Cheese & Poppers out of this world! I loved this so much, I ordered a 2nd one for my Son & a 3rd one for a co-worker! They call it MASTERBUILT for a Good Reason!
