The separate heating element allows you to really control the smoke. I really enjoy this smoker and recommend it to my friends. I am looking forward to a MasterBuilt model with better software and sensors. I am able to compensate with blue tooth thermometers because the internal thermostat and thermometers are inaccurate. The Bluetooth is also a waste of effort because it looses connectivity frequently. The idea of remote controls is great because the biggest issue it sitting by the smoker. Still all and all a great smoker...my third and the best I have ever seen.

I bought this smoker back in the summer. Have used it 3 times now and really love it . Has some really nice features like being able to adjust smoke levels with blue tooth. Really easy to use just plug it in get the app on your phone and your all set. I was amazed at his much room it has in it you can smoke a lot of food in it at one time. I strongly suggest if you're in the market for a smoker consider buying this one you want be disappointed.

bought it used to try out was kinda scepticle been a propane user for years. just hope you dont need support because there is none!!

Mine is not the bluetooth version very happy only down fall is the temp prob is not acurate had to buy a better one
