Lucky enough to get this as a wedding gift and have had a number of great meals since. Its simplicity takes a lot of guesswork out of cooking something I never thought I could do. Smoked a perfect turkey for thanksgiving my first time using it.

Had this for about 8 months. It does a great job of smoking and is very easy to use. My only complaint is the Bluetooth regularly loses touch with my phone

I bought this over a year ago and really like the convenience of electricity. Some of the great important features are bluetooth monitoring of heat and meat temps. Easy loading of wood chips also.

I have smoked everything from brisket to wings in this smoker and it is great, it is great for a beginner or an experienced smoker. Highly recommend!!

We purchased this in January. We had to return it stopped heating. We just purchased another one. It's ok I don't like controlling it with my phone. Can I just do it manually

My smoker is 4 years old and the company says it is obsolete and they do not have to stock parts for it. We will not be buying any of their products again. Cheap junk with a 90 day warranty.

This is my second Masterbuilt. It is very easy to use and I've got great results and happy eaters. Ribs, brisket, Tri Tip, Pork Butt and Shoulder, Chicken, Turkey, corn, beans and bread. I like mixing Pecan with apple or Cherry wood.

This is the first smoker I had ever gotten and it's the only one that's withstood the frigid Nebraska weather and has worked flawlessly. Definitely glad I purchased this. We smoke everything from Baby back ribs to a whole Turkey for Thanksgiving. Highly recommend
