We assembled the smoker, when we tried to turn the unit on it gave an error code and would not power on. We called manufacture and power unit was sent, but didn't fix the issue. They are sending a second part. Bummed

Lucky enough to get this as a wedding gift and have had a number of great meals since. Its simplicity takes a lot of guesswork out of cooking something I never thought I could do. Smoked a perfect turkey for thanksgiving my first time using it.

We were blessed with this smoker and immediately put it to use we smoked 2 chicken each with different seasoning and they turned out awesome. My wife and I are so excited about this as in option to our choices of meals .....

I bought this smoker when COVID struck, anticipating we'd be eating at home more often. So glad I did... the product works great and have really enjoyed preparing meals with it.

My smoker is 4 years old and the company says it is obsolete and they do not have to stock parts for it. We will not be buying any of their products again. Cheap junk with a 90 day warranty.

Wife gave it to me for my birthday, Bluetooth is spotty sometimes and display isn't always easy to see. The thermostat went out but Masterbuilt was very quick to replace. Overall good smoker.

I got this one about a month ago, cause I had one previous to it with no problems and it was used when I got it so I decided to get a new one and it's been great, couldn't expect more for the money.

I bought this smoker for fathers day for my husband. He loves it! And the family is loving it as well. We have had the most amazing smoked meats. He was able to cook 40lbs of chicken quarters for a company event.
