After looking for quite a while, I decided on this unit. I am very pleased with the ease of operation. Great unit.

I like it but I also like to grill stuff as well. It works for us! :) The Computerize tolls ain't bad either! I love the remote stuff! ;)

I had this smoker almost two years and I really enjoy smoking Pork Butt or Shoulders with it. Providing an enjoyable meal for my family and friends.

bought 3 weeks ago. came in damaged but Masterbuilt was good an quick about sending replacement parts.

I bought this in 6 months I had to replace the burner element. I wish they would protect the controls from the heat better

Had it over a year now and use it most weekends. Holds temp well and can do pretty large quantity of food!!

Have only used once. Did a great job on my roasts. Only issue is the unit's thermometer is off by about 40 degrees. Had to use my own.

Absolutely love it. Very easy to use. Very accurate temperatures. I love that I can order replacement t parts with Masterbilt as well

I love my electric smoker. I use it on my back porch. I like that it's easy to clean and that I can use the remote for cooking etc.
